US base kitchen Boiler not working & potato peeler not working & electricity not sufficient power for boilers & pots leaking with holes & hot plates not hot enough. Why they do not get it repaired even when they know people are coming to use the kitchen? It makes Paik comment "why so many machines not working in the US ARMY?" Same for the many others?
