All the fluffals are fairy-type so you could tech in an Arch Lord Kristya for a solid first turn opener too, with wings and frightfur fusion you can control the Gy pretty easy. Just a thought

Apollousa too. Since it doesn't destroy, I'm dieing off the Nibiru and forcing a negate. Worst case is they use up a negate and the Nibiru stays in hand

Since, the Toad gets you the Niburu and one of the Water Fluffals Take set effect if he uses it, then add one from gy. Okay, so watched the end board right now. Seasoned fluffal player here. At the moment I like instant fusion just for sheep and mudragon. I prefer abyss dweller over shark into toad. Still need need to figure out the best build and ratios for when the new support comes out but scythe at 3 is a must. Will brick less and give an additional play. Dolphin will help in the grind game as fluffals tends to struggle in that regard. I feel like the deck also needs answers to backrow/control match ups and red reboot to one hurts.
you literally have a card that says destroy cards on the field up to the number of fusion materials used to summon it that can also be chain blocked by cards like Cat/Chain/Penguin. pair that with siding into blowouts like Evenly/Storm, backrow matchups are so free
@@YunoWhatImSayin Storm would be great but not everyone has access to it. It used to be the case where cards like DRNM and Evenly was not worth it cos it prevented the otk which was detrimental. Now it is possible as fluffals are more adept to making decent boards. Chain blocking is good for manoeuvring 'when' effects like solemn but can hard lose to floodgates like anti spell, vanity's, D Barrier etc and removal effects that don't care about timing. Also, Tiger is reliant on having sabres available and I know it's searchable but pathways to the play can be fragile. I am not saying that the backrow/control match up is impossible but it's difficult.
Fluffles is one of the best decks in terms of almost never going minus. Virtually every main deck card searches another one. Deck got a big boost for sure now

Don't understand why konami reverted to master rule 3. Just reintroduced a break my board format. Sure we have some more cards that will help us break their boards going second, but they also gave those types of decks cards like appolusa.

our friend bill there is a difference between good cards and over powered ones. Crystal-wing is a good card with a powerful effect, but it takes some investment to make and isn’t too splashable. Apolusa effectively is 2-4 C-wings for the low cost of having a link 2 and some other leftovers.

Out of the extra deck which even the best decks autolose lose to Appol made it so every deck could get an extra 1/2 negates something even some meta decks couldn't play through Adaconda created one of the most oppressive ocg decks that completely locks out a couple meta decks from having a chance If the best decks in the game struggle to deal with or cannot deal with these cards it's hardly bad decks being effected Mind you I still don't mind Adaconda or Appol my only issue lies with carrier because it just creates an environment that no deck can beat without opening exodia So be a dick all you want they are unhealthy for the game mainly carriern

Nah, engines that can summon Apollousa too easily should just be hit. Generating a billion pluses per turn is the problem, not Apollousa. Even without Apollousa there are many ways for these decks to cash in especially under MR5.

The problem is Apollousa is too generic and gives a crazy amount of negates to any combo deck for very little investment or specific engines. The fact that it's any 3-4 monsters with different names is nuts. Every deck that can make it are almost always better for playing it and every deck that can't as easily either don't need it or aren't really viable anyways. That's not healthy card design.
So now it's just another negate spam. The fanboys complain about any other deck doing this, but as long as the deck has jpgs that trigger your nostalgia, any level of brokenness is fine. The negates aren't even in-archetype, turning this into a turbo mismash like electrumite pendulum, the same type of deck hardcore fans seem to hate. Hypocrisy is hilarious.

Borrelsword can also be used in every deck which can put out apollousa and often times it just results in a win. So just because its generic it doesnt have to get banned. I know apollousa can negate (not opt) monster effects but there also are so many outs to it and at some point you can just attack over it (if theres not the Rank 8 he used in this video) Just play kaijus/dark ruler/forbidden chalice/raigeki/impermance if your deck cant naturally push through an apollousa (for example i think orcust is such a deck which, with the right hand can push through an apollousa)

Not really, we have kraken as an in archetype out. You summon kraken before any of your plays, and you’re good

@@theo7371 you're talking about hitting almost every deck except for control decks. The problem is Apollousa is too generic and gives a crazy amount of negates to any combo deck for very little investment or specific engines. The fact that it's any 3-4 monsters with different names is nuts. Every deck that can make it are almost always better for playing it and every deck that can't as easily either don't need it or aren't really viable anyways. That's not healthy card design.

Apollousa is not broken, this narrative needs to die.
So now it's just another negate spam. The fanboys complain about any other deck doing this, but as long as the deck has jpgs that trigger your nostalgia, any level of brokenness is fine. The negates aren't even in-archetype, turning this into a turbo mismash like electrumite pendulum, the same type of deck hardcore fans seem to hate. Hypocrisy is hilarious.

chick + tiger enabled too many degenerate combos. lunalights were way too good at things they shouldn't be good at. tiger desperately needed a HOPT clause. errata/ban was inevitable.

Lunalights did this but not on this scale fluffals fusions are way better the draw power is crazy but people claim Lunalight soooo good and yet only won one top tier event 👌🏾 you right where’s my head at who told a predominately level four deck to make xyz’s how dare you! You do realize lunalight is only as good as the engine u run it with, by itself it’s not doing much . Pure fluffals killing it out here I hope their support isn’t taken away ,unless it’s an issue. well, its sad that the fluffal boards don't end with fluffals. i have the feeling that archtypes are just there to end on the same negation boards. doent matter which deck you choose. i play fluffal to wreck the board and OTK

Dark ruler no more, chalice, impermanence all turn her off imo she’s rather overrated & over priced.
Borrelsword can also be used in every deck which can put out apollousa and often times it just results in a win. So just because its generic it doesnt have to get banned. I know apollousa can negate (not opt) monster effects but there also are so many outs to it and at some point you can just attack over it (if theres not the Rank 8 he used in this video)
Just play kaijus/dark ruler/forbidden chalice/raigeki/impermance if your deck cant naturally push through an apollousa (for example i think orcust is such a deck which, with the right hand can push through an apollousa)

@@Jhawk2711 I was just about to say this. Those two cards are broken and I've been saying that about them for so long. Having access to 4 monsters doesn't mean you should get to OTK or put up 4 negates with one card. The day I got OTKd by Ghosttrick of all decks was when I realized Borrelsword is too generic and can just cheese out wins. They both can go
I mean you can play Nibiru in every deck and if a combo deck can’t get a negation on board before they are done then it’s an easy win for whoever activated the Nibiru, just because a card is good doesn’t mean it has to be banned. Not VFD, I think it’s time for him to go, he is way more powerful the Appo, and too many decks can make him rn.
