27:52 I'm sure this used to be a "furniture lift" with half of it locked out with a door which you could borrow a key for to transport newly bought furniture and then lock it back. Unfortunately the people renovating this lift didn't understand this idea and got rid of the additional door in the middle, so now you can fit too many people inside and overload it.

That's one big glass lift. Yes, more shopping centres should have slides. Shame those old lifts were turned off. That's one scary unsafe abandoned factory.

If you ever decide you want to go back to Kosice, you should consider hopping on a train to Miskolc in Hungary, it just takes one hour and the ticket is fairly cheap if i remember correctly. They also have loads of old tower blocks and last time I went there most of the lifts were unmodded. Also from there you can take a train on a really run down line to Kazincbarcika, which in itself is a fairly modern city but they also have old tower blocks and I know for a fact that about 90% of the lifts in those buildings are not modernized, the ride is about 30 minutes i think

Out of all the types of surfing, I like lift surfing the best of all. Can you surf a paternoster? In a Czech video I've seen of 2 engineers in a motor room, one of them hops on thhe topmost car to carry him from one side of the motor room to the other. I wouldn't have done it, since the motors had unguarded moving parts.

The newer batch of 737 800 with thin seats and Boeing sky.

  • @lucasthings

So, I live in slovakia and its a land of some nice vehicles and really old lifts but the old lifts are always in those blocks! They are so annoying. They are nice tuchynas and other old branded lifts. Rarely you can get into them, SO ANNOYING! And before in the day they had old doors where you put anything into the latch and it opens. THEY WANT TO KEEP THE BEST LIFTS TO THEM SELVES

    • @benolifts

    • @benolifts

Probably Hampstead Underground Station. It accelerated at around 1.3 m/s/s and had a top speed on 4 m/s. This lift has now been replaced.

It's 2400/2600 since EuroLift and 5400 only go up to 1600kg capacity. 2400 is a service model, 2500 is a hospital/bed model and 2600 is a freight model.
