- I put a pair of Haix Combat Hero boots to a test of over 1,200 miles of ruck marching. I must say I was very impressed. The dual zone lacing feature was amazing. The durability is beyond expectation. Given these boots are resoleable, these may be one of the most cost-effective premium combat boots per mile on the market.

I also own the HAIX Combat Hero boots. Compared to other AR 670-1boots I have owned, the Combat Hero fits like a dream and is very supportive to the ankle, unlike all those floppy shaft so called boots that are popular in the US military.
I ordered mine over a year ago and deployed with them. They do fit in AR 670-1. These are absolutely wildly stiff and durable.
My favorite boots. Lightweight, excellent ankle support, and tough as hell. Wear them year round in New Mexico
Great review!
I'll get them when my Rocky boots wear-out.
The best shoes I've ever had. Now, after 10 years of use, it's time to buy new ones. Haix Airpower P9 Desert has been in use all year round and the sole is starting to get a little slippery. Otherwise completely intact and functional. I will buy Haix Combat GTX Coyote shoes soon. (equivalent new model) Apparently this Combat Hero is the equivalent model in the American market?! Thanks for the video and greetings from Finland!
Thanks for watching
Just ordered mine to replace my Garmonts (great boots but lost in the field). Can’t wait to get my hands on them!
I much more comfortable and supportive boot than the Garmont NFS.
Ordered a pair based on this video . Will let you know how they fare after testing them out in the desert
I hope they work out well for you.
Nice review!
How is the toe box? I am used to shoes like XERO, ALTRA, and Topo all of which have a wide toebox. I need something extra roomy. Please let me know! Thank you.
Good day, while I don't have experience with Xero, Altra, or Topo, I can that I believe these have a slightly larger toe box than Rocky boots. I personally wear a standard width boot, but they do have a wide option as well.
@@TheEvolvingWarfighter good stuff! I think I’m going to check them out! If I get a pair, I’ll do a RUclips review of my own, and reference your video as well, showing the longevity of the boot. Thanks for getting back to me! Again, nice work!
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
