Alhamdulillah!! Its been 7 days that I'm doing it !!! Ohh, its so effective and quick method to lose fat in hip, belly pouch!!! I had a huge hanging pouch which has shrunked a lot, my hip went almost to the point of what I used to be before my two C-section !! Sorry guys, I didn't have my weight machine near that time, so cant be clear how much weight has been lost, but I guess its 4kilo/8 pounds !! Insh-Allah I will update next from my 76.9 kilo weight which is today!

Our motivation to follow this exercise is just a fun just seven day's challenged first one week of routine we noticed the difference as what our motivation before then 2nd , 3rd and goes to one month... really worth it we like it..Good job..
This is a very simple workout with easy steps which is why I really like it. I would be updating myself from now onwards. When I started this workout I was 61 kg and rn I am at 59.6 kg ( checked it on day 3 ) Day 1 : Started doing it stopped at 2:36 ( I realised I had 0 stamina ) and then continued the rest with 4 breaks ( for day 2 and 3 my biggest mistake was eating 10 mins before the workout which made it less effective ) Day 2 : stopped at 6:30 n continued with breaks Day 3 : I felt like dying n kept taking breaks after 2 or 3 mins ( weighing 59.6 kg ) Day 4 : stopped at 11:27 ( felt very good and took only 2 breaks ) And thats it, I will keep updating everyday

This works miracle. Within just 4-5days u will get the best results ever I followed no diet, ate everything i usually eat and did the workout once in the evening that too i couldnt do any longer than 20-22 Mins. The results were surprising. Belly fat gets vanished ,body gets toned. Didnt see much improvement for thighs but overall body was toned. Loved this 7 day challenge, looking forward to more such 7 day challenges
Day 1- completed 14 min today with the weight 72.9 kg. Looking forward to do it again. Day 2- completed 16 min. Want to continue but feeling little pain in abdomen so stopped at 16 min.

First time I did this workout I was having some really sharp pains in my stomach but after I did I few different workouts. Came back to this and I don't feel that pain as much now... Wanna complete this workout so today is day 1 I can say. I'll come back with an update.... Edit: Day 2: my upper body is in pain, but no pain no gain right lol.. Day 3: I'm still in pain lol but completed the video today.. I'm having a lot of fun with this workout btw.. Update: totally forgot to keep updating but I did complete the 7 days, I actually went up to 10 days but I did see a change on my tummy.. like the love handles slowly started shrinking down.. but then I started a new program from Chloe ting's videos

Doneeew completed it today!! Started 5 days ago could only do till like 20-25 mins...today finally ..made it ..till 30 whole mins!!!!!!! Thankss this has really helped me with inch loss and weight loss....also I was doing gym along with this ..but yeah this surely did speed up the process!!
@@gawsiya3534 yeppp been doing this for a month...lost 4 inches from the waist...lower belly has considerably reduced. N surprisingly it has reduced overall - 6 kgs healthy way .. also m a girl with thyroid... So it's difficult for us to loose weight that easily but this has definitely eased it.

I have miscarriage 2 weeks ago, and I have a serious backpain it's difficult also to breath, so Im searching an axercise that can ease my back pain and I saw this video. I try every morning after I wake and thanks God no more back pain and it helps me a lot to recover faster...until now I do this as my morning routine💗

Eating Eid-Ul-Azha sacrificed meat, a lot of seasonal mango.... Still lost .800 gram/ almost 2pound. Todays morning, I am 76.1 kg
