As a healthcare worker, please make a video about what work shoes you personally wear and recommend! My feet are constantly sore despite trying different shoes and insoles etc. Happy Halloween 👻
unfortunately no shoe can save your feet from standing 30 hours non stop 😭 they can only do so much. Humans aren’t built to be standing 24/7, at least not anymore
crocs clogs works best for me btw, no nike or adidas has made 8 hours shifts bearable for my feet.
Investing in good socks are just as important, I went from those cheap 10 pack socks that turn to rags within days to Stance and Darn Tough, night and day difference.
@jasonv1647 we are still built the same as when we were hunter gatherers. People are just less active and weaker. Good Cardio+Good lower body strength. All you need to be pain free.
LeBron witness 7. I work in a nursing home / tbi unit. You can get a pair for fifty bucks. Light, comfortable and tough. Has a full air unit. Lightest LeBron. Upper is super light and soft almost like a thick sock liner. Fashionable too.
