I've ridden up there twice now. Both times it's nearly killed me! Riding back down is a lot more fun. All the moss on the trees near the top and the weird fungi make the woods near the top magical though. :)

Your going down energy track but it doesnt show going over the wooden bridge and up through the Forrest, it jumps straight Into horseshoe which I've never been down before so its abit confusing. Cool video though.

Thanks for the kind words. I'd definitely recommend the Zhiyun Rider M if you're using a Hero 4 or a Session. Quality bit of kit!

Hi, just found you're great vids. Can't find a way to contact you personally but if you don't mind - can you let me know what gopro settings you use to record and upload? Protune? 1440/60 to record? Exporting out of gopro studio settings? Bit cheeky but if you don't ask....! cheers

Hi Paul, thanks for the kind words.
It's been a while since I recorded this video so the details are a little hazy. Definitely Protune enabled, it was either 2.7k or 1440p @ 60 with wide FOV.
Low Light: N/A | Spot Meter: Off | ISO limit: 800 | Sharpness: Low | EV Comp: -1
I edited the video afterwards in Adobe Premier Pro and exported at 1440/60.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Mountain Surfers Nice one! Thanks for getting back to me, I've tried various settings but your vids just look so sharp... Only thing I've done different is keep ISO on highest setting-this could be where I'm going wrong! My vids never seem to look as clean once uploaded... Thanks again for info.

Hopefully not going to put my foot in it, but it's nice to see a vid that's not E bike this E bike that when it comes to a climb. I hate the sodding things, I'm 60 and can still earn my rides downhill 😊. Great video keep up the great work

mountain biking at its purest form :) how long to get up to the top of the white to start the downhill?

My fastest time is around 45 minutes I think, from the car park to the start of Windy Point. It depends on your fitness of course. There are lots of people sub 30 minutes!

The climbing on this trail seems about 80% for 20% down 🤣 the initial climb up is brutal

Can’t believe it’s so long since I’ve been. All that climb was through mature trees the last time I went. At least then no one could see how many times I stopped 😂. What a great trail 👍👍👍
