The worse thing about this boss is by the time you find him your patience has already been absolutely destroyed from navigating this absurd dungeon 😵 haha
Such an awful confusing dungeon lol. Eventually figured it out but still need to read a guide to check I'm going into the right rooms. I guess if you go there enough you could memorise the layout but eh 😢
It's supposed to be like that cause it's freaking mysterious Holy Crystal, you're not supposed to have a Map.. Although I agree it's so much PTSD 🤢🤢🤢🤢 This game really loves Guides cause you'll never be able to do it on your own 💀
@Omega I think you could probably memorise it over time tbh but the names of each zone are just needlessly confusing and I don't think anyone would memorise these names like Dibaari Vahka and Praati di whatever lol. I farmed the last 4 rooms in the way to omega and memorised getting back up to where ultima was (that leads back down to the crystal that leads back down to giruvegan). I opened two specific gates to make this easier. Outside of that I would have no clue but I still think someone could memorise it with enough time in every room it's just there isn't really any need to stay around in every room
Trying to leave this dungeon was more difficult than the boss battle. Haha, this level design is ridiculous. Thanks for going through the struggles, Fuzz so we don’t have to.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I've been following your guides for the harder parts of the game in my completion attempt, and this was absolutely essential! Off to track down the Larva Eater for that damn dagger, then I'm outta the Great Crystal for good!
thanks, here i am playing in 2023 on weak mode i just took down omega ive got yiazmat left which is super pain since my max dmg is 7k or 15 if its crit. and 40 rare mobs till i get all the achivement. you made my journey so much easier and fun
This video is a couple years old but I've been using these tutorials to help me 100% a game I haven't played remastered and never finished back when it originally came out. I tried following multiple tutorials even this method, didn't particularly work but I found one that did for me. I had Fran and Balthier as my main attacks for this fight they used only gil toss, I had ashe as my healer away from them spamming reverse and decoy continually even also healing if for some reason they KO it took about 10-15 minutes not going through fast speed 4x to make sure everything wasn't going super fast but that's how I killed Omega Mark FF12! Thankfully it was fast once I had my rhythm down! Appreciate the tutorial it was well needed! Keep it up!
This may be out of ignorance but couldn't you use Gil Toss to do TONS of damage on Omega Mark 12? I am like level 57 / 58 now and preparing to fight Ultima - and my plan is to spam Gil Toss - I have over 5 Million Gil from doing Trial Mode with 6 Cat Ear Hoods a few times. I just wondered because I've noticed when I use Gil Toss on a boss w/ t hat big bar at the top - that bar drops far when the gil hits.
Fuzz, Thank you so much! You're setup worked great, the only things I did different was used Wither and set the girls to only heal each other and not Balthier... My Balthier looked good all red lol. The girls stayed back and kept throwing things out him lol...
What the .... It feels like we have been to hell and back together Fuzz. First getting all the chests, then the way to find Omega Mark..I did use wither after my third try and that helped me beat him. . And your guides.I did set them up to all being reversed and that helped too.Wow so glad. Thanks Fuzz.. See you at Yiazmat.
Level 99 wither him first while in reverse status, once his dmg goes to 700 or so undo all the reverse gambits. Play normally from then on out and laugh as he dies easily.
I never knew wither could be so useful in the first game. I took it on using the reverse/decoy strategy. And it was tough as nails, because the reverse spell doesn't last long.
Just beat him tonight. I used a party where everyone could cast reverse on themselves, manually resurrected when I needed to, and pretty much wiped the floor with him. Average party level was probably high 80s. Don't know how I would have navigated this place without this playthru to guide me. I have no Idea how I managed this back on the ps2, but I did.
Set your party’s gambits the same for all three: 1. Self -Reverse 2. Ally status: KO -Phoenix down 3. Foe: any -Attack Buy 99 phoenix downs and set battle speed to fast. The only thing you need to do is switch party leader when they die.
Reverse can be a detrimate when you don't cast it fast enough and he knocks most of your hp. The easier way is to have the ko status ko, have your foe breaker use wither until he does less than 1k of damage and then basically go all out attacking and healing. You can still use reverse to get close to him but after a few withers you no longer need to use it.
I beat Omega Mark XII at lvl 75, the gambits fuzz used in his video where not working for me, vaan was my tank and used the same gear fuzz has in the video kumbah sword, the gendarme shield, bubble belt, genji armor. The renewal healing magic was taking out vaan faster than it helped so after many trail and error changing gambits the simplest solution was the best one, what I did is I only turned on gambits for reverse and decoy on my healers ashe and penelo, ashe is red mage/ black mage and penelo white mage / time battle mage, but just one on each, Ashe on reverse and penelo on decoy. I kept them at range and also used Hermes sandals on ashe and penelo for haste, I found out having gambits for buffs on this fight ain't a good idea because you don't want you healers casting haste and protect at a time when your tank needs decoy or reverse. The haste from Hermes sandals was good enough to always cast fast reverse and decoy on vaan and Omega never paid attention to Ashe and Penelo. Also Omega will naturally give your tank berzerk so no need for bachus wine or berzerk magic gambits.
Thanks for all the walkthrough videos! I have been watching through them while playing through FFXII. I played through it before when this was on PS2, now playing through it on my PS4. :) I managed to Wither the boss easily enough at level 77 on Vaan - Foebreaker/Shikari combo with Basch - Knight/Bushi tanking in Reverse/Decoy at the start, Bubble Belt on him. Could be another strategy to use to help with withers because of the Berserk that gets put on the character tanking. After a few withers it became easy.
Yiazmat was way easier to beat . A little setup and then you can afk it and it wont fight back. Edit : What the heck, I decided to be more specific. When I approach Yiazmat for the first time it triggered a cutscene that forced me into the arena, so I gained agro. I immediately fled from the battle and left the screen and immediately came back into it, causing Yiazmat to no longer be agroing on me. I tested how close I could get without gaining agro, and I found a few things. I could get in range to use a bow and arrows on him without immediately triggering agro, but after a little while, when he started turning around and facing me, Yiazmat would then attack and for a little while I just started fleeing when he was about to attack, leaving and re-entering the area to reset him (but not his hp). Wanting to make fleeing a little easier, I finally changed up my strategy, getting my two bow users close to the arena where they could attack him, but keeping my third character at the bottom of the stairs, ready to flee should he start attacking. Only, he never started attacking... It seems that if your full party is not in the arena and if whichever character you are actively controlling is not in range of his agro, that your other two party members can keep attacking without any opposition. I discovered this on the switch version.
@@taemeister9302 That's hard to do since I already beat Yiazmat, but when I do my next playthrough I'll keep that in mind. For now the best I can offer is the description, sorry.. Note, this strategy takes a pretty long time, but it's safe.
GOAT Strat from the GOAT, I just used this and killed him within about 3 minutes, used Kumbha, with White Mage and Time Battlemage to just sit back and buff Vaan with Kumbha and Beserk with Reverse and Decoy and watched Omega melt, GG
Thanks for this, I am level 93 was struggling for 1 hr or so trying to kill Omega without Wither (No class have the skills), took him down in one go after watching your vid, I used Balthier (Shikari/Bushi) with Masamune and killed it fairly quickly. Now just trials and Yiazmat left hehe
Yiazmat took me forever. I can’t imagine fighting him in the original ff12. I hear people say it took them at least 8 hours. It took me about 2 & 1/2 hours with the game sped up.
@@1VirFortis levels barely matter in ff12. more ur equipment and strategy. yiazmat took me a solid hour or hour & half. tedious boss since his normal attacks have a chance ko.
Great video! My characters were in their level 50s and so my tank was only taking tiny chips of damage off him with the Gendarme sheild..I ended up using a two-handed weapon instead and made sure all of my party had reverse on. Right at the end I got cocky and had two people fight him this way while one hung back..
Surprisingly, I was able to beat him without reverse or any crazy strategy. Took him on with party average level 75, had healing and revive gambits (arise, PDs, curaja) on all 3 characters as well as hi ethers for primary healer(s). Bubble belts all around and protectga (wasn’t even sure if it was helping bc he does tend to 1-2 shot party members very quickly. It took a little time and a lot of MP but it’s doable without reverse or being level 99. He also absorbs holy FYI
Thanks a bunch! This strategy worked for me. I was having problems because I was being greedy and I had two attackers instead of having two back up healers. Slow and steady wins the race!
I have cleared all my trials with two attackers and one healer. Up to lv 50 I learned I needed a dedicated healer who can do more thqn just cura lol. Beat Yiazmat with 2 dps
I am so disappointed in myself right now, as soon as i beat omega i just ran out of the room not collecting the omega badge is there anyway of getting it back?
I had to try this fight twice got it on the second go. I treated it like a WoW raid boss, turn him away from the rest of the group or in this case position my character on the other side of him then turn berserk on. They both kept casting reverse and decoy on me.
member 1: attacks boss member 2: does nothing but cast decoy on member 1 member 3: does nothing but cast reverse on member 1 either 2 or 3 can caste hastega between their spells, and omega will never get two beams off between reverse casts.
I managed with Wither around level 80, didn't have much missing at all, guess that was some luck. It does make it seem you are just getting hit by pillows at that point lol
While watching the maze-like process to reach the boss I was losing all hope. Then I followed your gambits and conquered Omega. Very well-deserved follow :)
Rise Kujikawa Not even with that. I just had bubble on my people and two of them with “ally=any: reverse” gambits. That was it and he went down in minutes.
This place might be one of the worst places in Final Fantasy history. if they'd just give us a map it would have been so SO SOOOOO much better but they had to make this place an actual nightmare. I just noped out of there and I'm now playing skyrim to calm my nerves. My poor poor nerves
Thanks for the amazing guide on getting to this super boss it really help. But if I have to be honest, my characters were only around levels 71-72 and this thing is suppose to be 99 and of course capable of two shot anyone. But when I utilized the Decoy+Reverse and Wither strategy, Omega became a 4 minute joke. 😅 Seriously, Wither along it’s 3 technick siblings is broken when used right.
Faith also increases the success rate of technicks. There is also an accessory that increases the success rate to 100% I beat him with the reverse technique in the ps2 version of the game, it does the job 😀
Omega mark was really annoying because he kept killing my characters during that split second when reverse wore off. so i was stuck in a loop with arise, but eventually i found a rhythm, it wasn't easy though
I already defeated Yiaizmat and all the Marks. Can I still go to Great Crystal and fight with Omega Mark? I try to make Platinum Trophy and it only 2 left - for bestiary and for 100th trial. I kinda forgot about the Omega Mark and it says that it's available when you have Yiaizmat hunt accepted. I fougth with him about 5 hours, and after that I made a whole Pharos Subterra dungeon. Please don't tell me that I have to do this all once again, because I forgot about Omega Mark and I can't have a chance to fight it now.
I just defeated it and I didn't realize you need to actually pick up the Omega Badge. While I was healing (on 4x) it fucking disappeared. I'm on PC though, so maybe I can just mod it in because I am NOT fighting it again
Unfortunately now reverse wont work on target ally, so the sad part is, he is now immune to reverse. I spent two hours on my own method lol but on gambits itll work though
thankfully i never need return, bosses, espers, rare game, normal mobs and treasures. bye fricking bye great crystal you S.O.B. Thanks @FuzzfingerGaming
Benjamin Brogren durr... I was thinking of indigo pendant but thats for magic... grinding to lvl 99 so that the wither that took me 1 hour to get is not obsolete on omega.... fuck the RNG loot system, I fucking hate it, brings the game down a lot...
Depends on what you're after. I found the bazaar items to not be such a tedious grind. Taking down some of the more HP heavy super bosses like Behemoth King and Hell Wyrm took more effort and rearranging of tactics. An Esuna char. With a ribbin. And a renew char. With standard buffs and a sages ring did wonders for mitigation and healing.
Thank you so much for these Great Crystal walkthroughs. I was super annoyed by this area despite following your videos, so I probably would have just quit if I tried to do it on my own.
Hey Fuzzy how did you kill the Zombie white Dragons in the Center of the Zealrian Caverns? They Start with a A. They spam Disease and Ribbon doesn't work on it. They are also found With Deathgaze in the trail mode.
Ribbon should protect against Disease (but it won't remove Disease if you equip Ribbon after the character has the status). Things which remove Disease are the item, Serum, the White Magick spell Cleanse, and Remedies with the Remedy Lore 3 learned.
Honestly I had the same issue, those 2 are just insane... I was immune from the Disease, but they do a lot of damage. They are weak to Blind which helps some and I can kill them occasionally, but once they do kill whomever I'm Decoying with good chance they eat thru my entire party. You can't fight just one of them, if you could it'd be an easy fight. I learned to get Best gun in game you either have to Rare steal it from 86 Trial mode fight (Ouch). Or Get 2 Emperor Scales from boss fights (Green Wyrm and Deathclaw). If you could figure out a way to farm those two I'd love to see it.
Yeah on the new saved file I made & then got to lv 80. For some reason then I did damage. But yeah they hit very hard & very fast. So that file is glitched for you and me I am lv 99 on that saved file with all having ribbons. & I still can't do damage.
I can do damage, just they are hard to kill. No way I can imagine chaining them to get that stupid scale to drop. Easier on Trial mode battle 86 which is saying alot since that battle is 2nd hardest in Trial mode.
I don't really understand this battle or why you are applying bacchus wine. He berserks characters constantly and even at level 90 I just get repeatedly one shot before I can even react. Yiazmat was so easy in comparison Gonna try reverse I guess. I think it's just about getting lucky at the start to get enough withers off EDIT: beat him easily with Reverse. I reversed two attackers and had one support casting breaks at range. I was level 90 the withers didn't miss. Yiazmat is still easier imo though
Thanks so much for sharing this and all your hard work to able to create this video on the first place. It helped me and my husband complete this battle.
Thanks for this video. I just beat him myself using a modified version of this strategy. I didn't have a Kumbha but I have 2 Seitengrats. Got myself into a bit of a tizzy at first trying to modify the strategy (whilst Omega was tearing through my party), but eventually I got into a rhythm where Ashe was decoying Basch but reversing Vaan & Basch (plus using Hastega), and Arising if necessary. Didn't use any Curing gambits to be on the safe side. She was stood with her back to Omega in front of the pillar thing to the right of the arena entrance. And the other two were shooting it from a distance and eventually it fell. The levels by the way were roughly Vaan 75, Basch 93 and Ashe 88. I think I'm done with the game for now though, but if I ever decide to get the three missing trophies (not including the Platinum), I'll definitely refer to your videos. I'm only missing Concurrences, Bestiary and finishing Trial Mode. But given I've done basically everything else and beat the game, I'd say that's pretty satisfactory as it is. :-)
Easier way is to equip your DPS with White Mask, buff the hell out of him, take a second char with excalibur to constant hit the DPS (equipped with White Mask), 3rd char is for safety issues...Killed Omega with ease
So, in my case, Basch, Bushi/monk with kumbha, gendarme and white mask hitting omega, balth, knight/time with excalibur hitting basch, penelo, white/machinist healing them both and buffing basch?
hi fuzz this is how i choose jobs for my ff12 characters so vaan is the hunter and knight penelo is the white mage and foe breaker asch is red mage and michanist fran is black mage and archer finally balthier is the monk and samurai along with basch as the uhlan and time mage give me your opinion on this one it really matters to me
The great crystal and Omega MK XII Can get right in the bin! Managed OMXII on my 3rd try. at high 60's. played this game a few times back on PS2 and again when it came out on PS4 but my the time I beat Yaizamat I was spent lol so never actually tried Omega and never really knew where it was. That fight is hourenodus I'm not sure it's possible without Reverse honestly. unless you get the lv99 wither off a few times. but yeah as he says you absolutely don't need to level 99 as long as you've got some decent gear and a Reverse/Decoy strat. Easy enough. He ANIALATED me the first time I fought him because I went in, knowing about the strong 2 shot laser attack but not the fact that he absorbs elementals damage so Dark Blade and Excalibur kind of did me over lol. Apparently Gendarme is useless during this fight because he ignores evasion? just something I read not sure if it's true but it didn't seem to be blocking to be fair. NEVER going into that F'ing crystal ever again for as long as I live.
.....You could've edited out your many errors on the path to omega. I think following your guide is more frustrating than than the place itself due to the forgotten gates.
Omega was a piece of cake. With the right strat i literally killed him in about 3 minutes. Think i'm joking? I have video proof. I had a harder time FINDING him. lol Thanks for the guides bt dubs, never woulda found half the crap in the great crystal without them. Likely woulda been lost for hours! Lol
just watched it...yeah being lvl 99 totally makes a difference! After playing for 100 hours (n having beaten Yizamat) I want a 3 minute fight for sure! ha ah ah good ole FF: at the end when youre leveled up pretty much hack and slash does the trick! thanks for the post (in acse anyone else wants to see it ruclips.net/video/nP5X6l9K3Tw/видео.html)
Man... I gotta admit, when you say: "Don't worry I'll show you the way back" after taking down Omega, I was just like, I'M JUST FUCKING LOVE THIS MAN!!! FUCK THIS SHITTY PLACE
I did this fight yesterday, and my wither character was lvl78. I had a roughly 50~75% success rate with wither, I don't know if those 8 levels really made that much of a difference, or if it was based on the equipment (I had ribbon on as accessory). But yeah, it made this fight a joke, I was actually let down a bit from it lol. Omega was hitting my tank for 100dmg, and he had 1.6k hp with bubble up.
Yeah not so much nice and easy kill old chap. It worked tho ty. I cast reverse on all 3 and Basch kept wither on till its damage output was reduced to about 1200. Much easier
eaiser fight them zodiark? lol zodiark was so easy. sacrificed 1 character, then sent in my main party with Beserk, Haste and Bravier. killed him before he could do anything LOL
Yeah, I think they sort of did him a dis-service in this particular version of him (He's appeared in many other FF games). The main issue is they put him on a tiny little platform of the Great Crystal, the same size as all the others, for the most part. They should have made his chamber like the Coliseum - sized that big - to allow him to move around the map more and retreat / advance, etc. This would allow him to use more varied attacks - like his famous Flamethrower / Missile Volleys / and so forth, in a better fashion. Instead, we get a mostly non-moving boss that just fires Laser attacks over and over again.....so, yeah...they kind of made him un-exciting, with how they set him up.
The worse thing about this boss is by the time you find him your patience has already been absolutely destroyed from navigating this absurd dungeon 😵 haha
Omfg PTSD insuing 😫💫💫💫
The dungeon are so simple. But the lack of navigation map are what make this dungeon frustrating

I think it's wild how they made it like a Mimic in this version. A gigantic treasure chest lookin killing machine!!
It has always looked like that in the FF series. You are confusing it with omega weapon I think, which is a different monster.
@moleahjobe Not confusing it. Sure it always has had legs and been a crawler yes. I've never seen it presented like a Mimic though.

16% chance to hit with wither. 45% (base) + 70% (Balthier's level) - 99% (Omega's level)
So best % will still be 44%, not even 50% lol. Good thing that with only 2-3 Wither, damage is reduced enough to tank it better.

@@dinoflagella4185 Took me around 1h-2h had all chars level 99, I find the 5 judges in the level 100 trial to be harder because of the elixir spams.
Is it possible to cast reverse on the boss, and then cast revive on him afterwards?
just beat yiazmat. lol. now i gotta go and beat omega lol
couldn't have got this done (including getting through here :>) without your video. New sub gained.
I would have used berserk haste expose and all the other spells you mentioned really but it in it's place
Ah, my mistake was to remain as Vaan. My support characters kept getting picked off. I gotta try this fight again and move them away from the fight.
i only made to OMEGA once and it was a pain in my butt. just about drove me nuts
They both kept casting reverse and decoy on me.
member 1: attacks boss
member 2: does nothing but cast decoy on member 1
member 3: does nothing but cast reverse on member 1
either 2 or 3 can caste hastega between their spells, and omega will never get two beams off between reverse casts.
I managed with Wither around level 80, didn't have much missing at all, guess that was some luck. It does make it seem you are just getting hit by pillows at that point lol
While watching the maze-like process to reach the boss I was losing all hope. Then I followed your gambits and conquered Omega. Very well-deserved follow :)
lol… at +8:16, Ashe gained a level when Vaan killed Penelo 🤣
I just caught something isn't Omega XII something you do after Yismat? Can't fight him till then I thought.
John Smith It becomes active after you accept the Yiazmat hunt. You can do either in any order at that point.
Bellystraw There is plenty of extremely simple maps made by others
Thanks for the amazing guide on getting to this super boss it really help.
But if I have to be honest, my characters were only around levels 71-72 and this thing is suppose to be 99 and of course capable of two shot anyone. But when I utilized the Decoy+Reverse and Wither strategy, Omega became a 4 minute joke. 😅
Seriously, Wither along it’s 3 technick siblings is broken when used right.
Faith also increases the success rate of technicks. There is also an accessory that increases the success rate to 100% I beat him with the reverse technique in the ps2 version of the game, it does the job 😀
Which accessory is it?
VertPlaysGames
It's a pendant located in the hidden location in "Lhusu Mines"
Can't remeber the name of it though.
It’s the Indigo Pendant.
You’re welcome.
Omega mark was really annoying because he kept killing my characters during that split second when reverse wore off. so i was stuck in a loop with arise, but eventually i found a rhythm, it wasn't easy though
Nice one, congrats on taking him down.
FuzzfingerGaming please explain which jobs you chose
The great crystal tilts me lol its so awful to navigate, but its kind of refreshing considering how much games try and hold your hand now a days.
oh-MEE-ga?? Come on bro 🤣🤣
no need to dispel your friend after you give him the bacchuss wine t
You made it look so easy Fuzz, however I'm sure that's not the case. Great video, thank you :)
Ariel Lindt pretty sure as long as you accepted yaizmat you can fight him anytime.
The 1000 jumprope achievement in FF9 is still worse than this place lol
Or the ffx 200 lightning jumps and the 0:00 timer in the chocobo race
ThAnks Fuzz
I just defeated it and I didn't realize you need to actually pick up the Omega Badge. While I was healing (on 4x) it fucking disappeared. I'm on PC though, so maybe I can just mod it in because I am NOT fighting it again
Unfortunately now reverse wont work on target ally, so the sad part is, he is now immune to reverse. I spent two hours on my own method lol but on gambits itll work though
You know you can cast it manually to an ally right?
I remember doing this on the PS2 back in the day but I just reversed my entire party and wiped him out in a matter of minutes with all 3 attacking.
Reverse lasts like 20 seconds how are you attacking while renewing that?
This boss is the annoying boss I every face in find fantasy history!
They should've made omega with multiple health bars like yiazmat it would've been more of a challenge
Well that is not THE Omega, that is why he is weak.
Is there a break damage limit in the old ps2 version?..
Not on the vanilla one.
thankfully i never need return, bosses, espers, rare game, normal mobs and treasures.
bye fricking bye great crystal you S.O.B.
Thanks @FuzzfingerGaming
Just use 4 for breaker skills to max as they stack. Easy win.
doesn't jade collar help with the wither odds?
Special Properties: Improves chances of avoiding attacks. (Enables parrying and increases evasion by 30%)
Benjamin Brogren durr...
With standard buffs and a sages ring did wonders for mitigation and healing.
nicolas livio where did you grind to get to level 99?
Think you are thinking of cameo belt
Thank you so much for these Great Crystal walkthroughs. I was super annoyed by this area despite following your videos, so I probably would have just quit if I tried to do it on my own.
Amazing vídeo. Omega isn't easy but if you have reverse and decoy is gg 😂
I just use curaga on self >40% for penelo and ashe, didnt want to kill basch
literally when its 10% health my team then dies so much
So who was tougher omega or Yiazmat? 🤔
Hmm, I think I would say Yiazmat as you need to be concentrating for longer. Omega is easy enough once you have lowered his damage.
@@FuzzfingerGaming got it, kill omega first
Hey Fuzzy how did you kill the Zombie white Dragons in the Center of the Zealrian Caverns? They Start with a A. They spam Disease and Ribbon doesn't work on it. They are also found With Deathgaze in the trail mode.
Ribbon should protect against Disease (but it won't remove Disease if you equip Ribbon after the character has the status). Things which remove Disease are the item, Serum, the White Magick spell Cleanse, and Remedies with the Remedy Lore 3 learned.
Yeah That was what was odd I have 3 equipped but I still got it which didn't make sense.
One of Balthiers withers did hit
I don't really understand this battle or why you are applying bacchus wine. He berserks characters constantly and even at level 90 I just get repeatedly one shot before I can even react. Yiazmat was so easy in comparison
Gonna try reverse I guess. I think it's just about getting lucky at the start to get enough withers off
EDIT: beat him easily with Reverse.
Wonder where the rest of them
Queen mimic?
If anyone is interested, I have a still usable map of the crystal
I don't have any of the invisible OP stuff.. that was rough.. F this boss. and no cheev?! WTF?!
Great videos I'm waiting for the Xbox realrase and have been watching ur vids
Nice! Yeah, the Xbox release isn't far off now so good luck with it :)
@@FuzzfingerGaming yep 30th I had this on ps2 when it first launched I never beat yazaimat
Easier way is to equip your DPS with White Mask, buff the hell out of him, take a second char with excalibur to constant hit the DPS (equipped with White Mask), 3rd char is for safety issues...Killed Omega with ease
So, in my case, Basch, Bushi/monk with kumbha, gendarme and white mask hitting omega, balth, knight/time with excalibur hitting basch, penelo, white/machinist healing them both and buffing basch?
hi fuzz this is how i choose jobs for my ff12 characters so vaan is the hunter and knight penelo is the white mage and foe breaker asch is red mage and michanist fran is black mage and archer finally balthier is the monk and samurai along with basch as the uhlan and time mage give me your opinion on this one it really matters to me
Thunder Spellblade and rapid fire is only way to take down omega. Oh wait wrong game ;)
What about Minus mode? Your HP is called below 5k after bubble
Damn Expose left on Yazamit is lethal with Darkblade. & Wither same way makes his atk 42-70 max LOL! XD
haha nice ability :D
Yep but it re-set when his health is low which is annoying.
NEVER going into that F'ing crystal ever again for as long as I live.
wtf my OMEGA boss not respond not moving
.....You could've edited out your many errors on the path to omega. I think following your guide is more frustrating than than the place itself due to the forgotten gates.
had i'd not watch your vids on OMEGA, i would've giving up on it because, it not worth the stress!!! So many thanks. :)
Nice! I take it you beat him in the end? :)
@@FuzzfingerGaming i have yes :)
need to be level 99 ? a guy did it lvl 112233 with no license board :p whoever said lvl 99
You, sir, have been a hero to me for these guides during another ZA playthrough. Thank you SO much! You're invaluable! ♡
You're very welcome!
After playing for 100 hours (n having beaten Yizamat) I want a 3 minute fight for sure! ha ah ah good ole FF: at the end when youre leveled up pretty much hack and slash does the trick! thanks for the post
(in acse anyone else wants to see it ruclips.net/video/nP5X6l9K3Tw/видео.html)
That's lucky. With a level 78 character Wither has a hitrate of 24%.
It's Omega, not Omeega
Yeah not so much nice and easy kill old chap. It worked tho ty. I cast reverse on all 3 and Basch kept wither on till its damage output was reduced to about 1200. Much easier
AFK? are you actually using a keyboard Fuzz?
Nope, just a Kontroller :-)
You are awesome
This definitely shouldn't be considered a 'how to'. What a mess.
I beat all of these bosses and made my way through this crystal hell, before they even make video guides...
eaiser fight them zodiark? lol zodiark was so easy. sacrificed 1 character, then sent in my main party with Beserk, Haste and Bravier. killed him before he could do anything LOL
What a boring boss..
Ahaha
You struggle too much
