Apparently melons sour faster and are harder to get a reliable product. Watermelon gets away with it because the under ripe juice isn't much different from the final product.

They adapted into many different niches (predators, scavengers, filter feeders, and some swam, feeding on plankton. Some even crawled onto land.), which very much helped maintain their excellent fossil record.

Cantaloupe here is called Musk Melon and its also called Honey Dew and tbh skilly is right about nothing being flavoured on that, like you won't find anything in the super markets and it's very weird as its taste is amazing. There are stuff flavoured on watermelon but not muskmelon.
