If the Backrooms was just Level 0 people would get bored of it and it wouldn't be anywhere near as popular as today.
The MEG, also known as the major explorers group is a gigantic group of people that have been lost in the backrooms,they make outposts in the backrooms ,help other wanderers(people who noclipped in) and build outposts in a lot of levels.

My biggest somewhat-flex is the fact that I am related to the person who invented the original diving helmet you guys use at 2:12
Ironically they got the idea from needing to design miner equipment t for breathing and thought why not underwater too

38:37 Actually that's called a wretch. The wiki says wretches are "Wanderers who have been deformed by the toll that The Backrooms has taken on them.". Basically they're people who went insane and the insanity turned them into a monster.
I now know the next update will make it so you no longer explode into meaty chunks when you go insane, but instead you become one of those so callt ''wretches'' or so i hope.
@@saschahofmann2421 the next update is probably the first ending since level 3999 is the first true ending to escape the backrooms and the best "area" to escape the backrooms so idk what will fancy the developer and youtuber will do this level it's either he gives the first ending or you can purposely keep explore the backrooms

I love this game so much. It’s a really good Backrooms game, not in the way it portrays good liminal space driven horror like the previous video, but just the random chaos and shenanigans that are thrown at you arbitrarily. And, of course, Icy screaming never gets old

I'd like to think "The Backrooms" is where all of our "junk" memories go. The entities being conquered fears that are then forgotten and become what's in The Backrooms. The levels are made up of textures/patterns/colors/structures/etc, anything you would see pretty much anywhere like, a lot, on a daily basis. Like hotel rooms, or pizza party places, or swimming pools. These are details our brains flush when we dream.

Why do these games just look SO GOOD! And they're multi-player. I've said this before, I know the backrooms are supposed to be a dead genre, but games like this are bringing a whole new meaning to the backrooms -and it is incredible

One thing I dislike about 3 players in a game is that one ALWAYS gets ignored and talked over, please give a little attention to the new dude as well, he seems nice
So fun fact me and my friend who played this on stream found out, if you can lure the guy to the front door and shut the door, it locks them and makes them basically unable to go back in the house, and only roam outside, which makes it a bit easier
I absolutely love the way that Igp adds effects for his voice when he is in different places. Such as in the diving helmet his voice seemed much more confined as if it is in a helmet. It really adds a whole other element to the video
I’ve watched the dev vlog and actually, he added the different voice effects to the game, like hall, underwater etc.

there's this type of entity called wretches, who are basically wanderers in the backrooms that have lost their sanity or met another wretch (if i remember correctly) and i believe that's what the entity was in the two levels (the dark one with the skinned ppl in the house as well as the skinned guy in the next one). especially since he 'turned' back into a wanderer/MEG once he had that shower.

I think there's a point at around ~30 minutes where you show Skilly's POV, but label it as Icy's. The part where he runs past the monster and sits down at the terminal.
Tbh you playing solo is more scary and fun to watch. You should make a series of solo backroom experience

During my work I was listening to Dancin in the moonlight, after my job I hop onto RUclips and see this video and watch it, I was not expecting Dancin in the moonlight to be mentioned.
The level with eyeballs, eyeballs make you lose your sanity super fast. And when you lost your sanity, you become a wretch, the zombie like creatures in the houses.
I don't understand why ppl would hate the arguing.... That's a good chunk of the funny!
