Dans videos gave taken me from being ignorant and not impressed by Amsoil, to a new Amsoil customer! I have watched quite a few of his videos and I am sold by Dan's honesty. He has nothing to hide! There is nothing wrong with pointing out where a product falls short. In fact it helps sell me on a product. Anytime you see a product that claims to be superior in every way, its probably "smoke in mirrors"
It really makes a great impression when a company knows their stuff. Over here in Australia the most expensive local brand is Penrite, and I had the same attitude. Why would anyone bother paying an extra 50% for a product that does the same job? But then I started reading their technical bulletins and the resources in their Knowledge Centre, and I was super impressed. Yeah sure their products are still costly, but any company that is so upfront to the consumer about their products is worth paying extra for.
@@jimtekkit I orginally thought Amsoil was like a pyramid scheme lol.
