Right now I'm having a tough time trying to source a butane bottle as calor is only accepting exchange bottles... Who'd have thought there'd be a shortage of bottles? Gas maybe, but bottles?
Hi, the stainless steel isn’t necessarily better than cast iron it’s down to personal preference. Cast iron is meant to hold the heat better but stainless steel lasts longer and is easier to maintain.

Can you get a full size flattop/hotplate plate for these? Be great to be able to transform into a full flat-top for breakfasts etc
The 3000s is no longer in production but the 3000e is and you can get full cast iron hot plate for it
can you use it as a stovetop? As in: using it with the lid open and pans on the grill as if it was a stovetop

Looking at getting the 4 burner. Can you lift off the hood with that to? After 2 years how is it? Rust ?

Why is the stainless steel better that the cast iron ? The cast iron is supposed to provide higher heat.

The hoods out live the chassis. Why don’t they coat the chassis in the same thing as the hood.
