- Piers Morgan has launched a fresh attack on Meghan Markle for "exploiting" her royal title The Duchess of Sussex to promote her new book.
Meghan is set to publish a children's book titled 'The Bench' which tells the relationship between a father and son through the mother's eyes.
Morgan said it was "cynical" of her to "exploit" the title when she had abandoned her royal duties years ago.
Morgan also called out Meghan's "hypocrisy" for attempting to give advice to anyone about a relationship with their father, arguing she had "destroyed" her own relationship with Thomas Markle.
"How the hell can Meghan 'I hate royalty but call me Duchess' Markle preach about father-child relationships when she's disowned her own Dad, and wrecked her husband's relationship with his," Morgan said.
I don't understand why she's allowed to use the title. She does NOT represent the royalty anymore. She left the RF, called them racists, but still wants to be associated with them? 🤔

It really irritates me how lots of celebrities use their celebrity status to sell children’s books. One of my family has written some fantastic children’s books and can’t get them published, it’s a case of who you know not the calibre of the writing.

Self publishing is the way to go. Print on demand on Amazon....that's free. Book is only printed once order is paid. Lots of fabulous you tube tutorials on how to do this.....
I was just thinking the same thing. There are so many talented but lesser known writers with fantastic work but suffer minimal fees from penny pinching book deals organised by greedy publishers. Yet in sweeps some two bit actress, who got lucky, bags a kid off her prince and now suddenly she's a 'children's author' commanding £12.99 for her self- indulgent twaddle. Glad I'm not spending my money on this.

It should have been made clear, she was NOT given clearance by her MD to do any air travel. In the US we cannot make any International trips yet, only transcontinental. After July 01st we might be able to book flights across the Atlantic & parts of Canada [but mostly we can drive there]. Since she quit her job at Buckingham Palace and does not have any plans to donate the profits of her book to an organization to benefit the needs of children, she cannot legally use her title and should be sued by the House of Windsor for false representation.

Many of the founding fathers didn't hate the Royals and valued their ties to the union. They simply couldn't abide the Kings refusal to listen. They call it a war of independence for Brits and Americans but really it was just a sad civil war. Exploited by other powers and Britain could ill afford the divide. I am only a quarter British but we have both flags here and I consider them in my own way like two sides of a coin. Different attitudes but a family all the same. Maybe thats too presumptuous but in HK we have the luxury of liking both. The Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier will pass here soon enough and it too, has both flags and personnel on board. @@beewoke Well Bee when you have special agents analyzing the interview and confirming that many things that she said was not true and how she was trying to control Harry's on the interview sending him signals it makes even harder to believe that she is a victim. I think that how you treat your own blood tells a lot about your character as well. Even if you don't have good parents they are still your parents and one should respect them or treat personal matters privately. She is going to use Harry and her royal tittle as much as she can in order to generate money and have more power. I guess time will show you... perhaps we can have this conversation in the future again. I am a pro-family person and was raised with values and morals.
