The way sound feels like it's bouncing off walls and guns actually sound powerful, which in most games/trailers they don't, and all ambient sounds are mixed in such perfect harmony. Listening to the soundtrack alone is a good trailer for this game. I know most people are hoping the game looks as good as the trailer, and i am too, but I am also hoping the sound is as good as the trailer.
Aintgot Nophd yeah the sound is amazing. I love the ambience of being in a tin shed while it's raining outside and you can hear the rain on the roof. Or when you hear gunshots inside and the echo compared to outside where it sounds much more like just a POP. BSG are great
anyone reading this years past the op comment should try and listen to scavs mumble on interchange, you can hear the reverb from their voices and actually understand what they are saying if you listen closely, its damn amazing how good the sound can work in tarkov

that was the best short action movie i have ever seen in my life, just look at the scene where the bandits appear and the two mercenarys which are enemys forget what happend before and team up to kill the bandits. It is kinda heart warming in a bloody way.
I seriously can't even begin to describe how much I love this game! While what happens in this trailer is very unlikely to actually happen, it is entirely possible. The reason I love this game though, is I haven't felt an FPS was so realistic since I first played Counter-Strike when it was still just a Half-Life mod. This game is hard core. It WILL utterly piss you off. You will lose hundreds of thousands of credits because of a single bullet from half a mile away. You will rebuild, just to lose it all over again. Yet you cannot help but to rebuild once more. I am a medicore Tarkov player. I hide in the shadows to avoid all other real players. I prey upon the weak, the NPC... the Scav. When I meet a real player, I have a 50/50 chance of dying. Usually I enjoy playing games which I dominate. In Tarkov, I do not dominate, yet I still cannot pull away. I love this game, even in an utterly unfinished state. My only regret is that I did not see this trailer in 2015, and it took me 2 more years to join the fray.

I'm able to run it on my old machine, AMD 760k + 750ti just fine. Low settings of course. Upgraded to a 7600k i5, and now there isn't micro stutter anymore. Which is great.
Thinking of buying the game, would it be smooth enough on an I7, 16gb Ram, R9 280x Graphics card? Runs most games on epic/maxed out graphics but just want to be sure :P
game is extremely ram and CPU hungry especially if you like playing long play sessions.. if you have 8GB youl start encountering performance issues after a couple raid runs *4-5 custom runs / 7 woods runs / 22 factory runs / 1 shoreline run* and you cant run shoreline without having to restart the game first and after the raid.. and you can only stay in for roughly 15 minutes before performance goes to shit. other than that.. its a solid game. but for a years worth of work i dont feel that enough progress is being made to make it a valid recommendation for people to purchase yet! if you have a decent PC with more than 12GB of ram youl be fine playing this game and testing it however if you dont like testing or the frustrations that come with it. wait another year at best

This game is not hardcore. It's not ok when a player can withstand 8 shots in the chest because of the vest. Maybe it's realistic, but definitely not hardcore.
@@danat4914 Hardcore and realistic both mean very different things. hardcore could mean each enemy is a bullet sponge with godlike reflexes and realistic could mean you can shoot a guy 3 times in their body armour with them still surviving but 1 shot them in the head.

Honestly the best part has to be when USEC and BEAR operatives work together. I ave had it happen twice in game, once when I was a hatchling, I met another and we geared up and escaped together. Another was very similar to this, we were both semi equipped, but escaped together, taking out raiders along the way.
