4:37 so i think the reason why this happened was because when the slimes hit the ground, they have no cooldown meaning they are constantly trying to jump upon impact with the ground. which causes them to do it multiple times before the jump which builds a bunch of jumps causing a lot of height
if that was too confusing basically they jumped so many times before they actually went into the air that it gave alot of height
