Ive done a few of these myself and be prepared for unplanned costs. I've purchased what i thought was a great camper get it home and find out a leak, or the hot water tank has a leak, the heater goes out, the water pump goes out and leaks. Replace the sink faucet with a home type faucet btw. Install a rv residential height toilet in it, may need to beef up the flooring to do so. Make sure disposal tanks do not leak. As you mentioned get the propane lines done asap. As far as cabinetry i fear you are going to find yourself deep into your budget so wont have room for upgrades so I recommend you just sand them down then paint to your choice. back splash will be simple is def a must. fridge well I would put a small home fridge in it if you plan on being on shore power for most part. I have also had the inverter go out. The roof is biggest priority so thats awesome your already on it. Next I would take water hose or what not around all the windows and check for leaks, I have basically just gently tightened the screws around window and then caulked them. for the floor if you can just use the click locking flooring make sure it's 100% water proof. I know a few that have campers and are insurance adjusters and so they are able to just go where ever the work takes them and basically have their home with them now they have ultra campers the money went to their head lol.

@@gingerhotshot oh yeah for sure on the cabinets. I'm just saying on the toilet it will be more enjoyable as it will be taller. Also on the fridge just a fyi if the camper is not level sometimes the fridge will not work correctly so if you find your fridge on the fritz make sure your level before you get carried away with repairs.
