The gorilla house in the morning.
The weather is humid and muggy as if it were the rainy season.
I was glad it wasn't raining when I went to work on the ground for breakfast.
Tomorrow is mother Genki's birthday. Since it will be a day off, I hope I was able to take a little more pictures than usual.
After breakfast, Kintaro got bored and showed off his drumming a few times. I can't see his face, but..,
When the indoor door opened, Kintaro jumped in at once.
Gentaro came back a little later.
Kintaro and Gentaro were steadily gaining weight.
(around 22 minutes) The following photos were taken in the afternoon when he came back to the park.
The last extra footage is of a mountain peach tree at the indoor entrance of the gorilla house.
A shorebird was also visiting. Can you see them?

The Momotaro family were all born and raised in Japan!
Momotaro (father) was born on Jul 3, 2000
He came to the Kyoto City Zoo in 2010.
Genki (mother) was born on June 24, 1986.
I was born in Kyoto and came back to Kyoto.
