Hi Robert, why do i have "Install Backup Exec software and options" grayed out? it only gives me the option to install the console.

Yes you can! But the program must be installed on a server.

@@techpub The "Server" in this case would be Windows Server 2003. An XP-based Server OS.
I know I'm a bit late, but better late then never I guess.

how do I mount the iso copy

Just right click on the iso file and choose mount. If you are using an older OS then install a free copy of daemon tools lite.
