I am not an M.D. But you actually can get TOO MUCH of fat-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are vitamin A and vitamin D. AG1 doesn't seem to contain any vitamin D. But I could be wrong about that... It does however seem to contain A LOT of vitamin A... And apparently certain kinds of skin lotions have vitamins in them. There are allegedly studies that show that skin lotions with vitamins have some effect on reducing stuff like wrinkles. At least that is what they said on Swedish Public Service Radio some 12 days ago. But they also said that vitamins from these skin lotions can enter into the body through the skin and accumulate inside of certain organs in the body. That is if there is already 100% of the amount of what your body can handle with regards to fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A or D... So... If you're already getting all the vitamin D you need from sun exposure, eating healthy and getting everything else you need that way through food, plus actually taking that that AG1 stuff that you guys are plugging and then also getting vitamin A and/or D through skin lotions, then maybe you're getting too much vitamin A (and possibly also too much vitamin D)... Like I said: I'm not an M.D., but if you ask a decent one, they will tell you that there is absolutely no need to be taking supplemental multivitamins like you guys are doing. With the kind of sun exposure you guys are getting there is just no way that you won't be getting enough vitamin D (as an example). I also did a quick google on "too much vitamin a". This is the top search result: "Getting too much preformed vitamin A (usually from supplements or certain medicines) can cause severe headache, blurred vision, nausea, dizziness, muscle aches, and problems with coordination. In severe cases, getting too much preformed vitamin A can even lead to coma and death."...

This is what makes or breaks you in life and marriage. Those difficult moments when you fall apart and your partner helps you put the pieces back together again. The pieces may not necessarily be in the same spots as they were before but it works for you now. You two keep supporting and loving each other through it all whether you like the other persons face that day or not. At least that is how it has been for my husband and I.
You guys have been going through a lot of changes in the last couple of years. It is A LOT! Right now you are on a small boat and I am sure you can hardly wait to get on your new boat. It is going to feel SO BIG after this adventure!
I feel for you but selfishly I want you to continue. I have been watching for years. I am anxiously waiting for the big reveal of the trimaran. Although I haven’t commented often, I look forward to watching your adventures each Monday evening. I watch your video before I go to sleep. I live vicariously through you and your sweet family. I have grandkids around the same age as your kids. It makes me happy to see the amazing adventures you are exposing your kids to. They are growing up to be confident, well rounded and happy humans.
      Hugs Elayna

Take care of yourself and your beautiful family. What you have accomplished so far is huge. A Great job, the quality of your video editing is the best. The shots, the scripts, your sense of humor, the music, your deep respect for the different cultures and people you’ve encountered, the sincere openness to your vulnerability to others, the bravery of some of your episodes, like swimming with tiger sharks, showing what happens when we try to be open to nature and it’s beauty, and also when things go wrong like with the macaques in thaïland. I could go on and on with compliments about your work and sharing of life and showing what life can be beyond living on a boat, your philosophy of life, mixed with your graceful candor sometimes, makes you look like angels who felt on earth and are trying to adapt to human real life, rather than staying far away in paradise, kinda… keep up with the good work, the great work. You should be nominated at the Cannes international film festival and win the Palme d’Or(also for your very good short films). I mean it.
Your story, love and courage are inspirational beyond anything.
Don’t worry about subscribers. The good ones stayed, and some more will come along. If you and your family need to take a long break, take it and we are still gonna support you and love you. Take good care, cheers guys, you’re the best !!!

It's a bit disappointing, not that they promote to profit, that's cool. To believe that the followers can't see it, leads me to feel that they think we are ignorant. That's irritating. The crazy thing is, you have no idea how much those little moments like the kids laughing at the crab falling off the rope or Lenny's insightful thoughts about multidimensional existence will be some of your most treasured memories.
Looking back at some moments when my kids were young, they seem like the most profound and special moments now, but at the time I remember being very overwhelmed and unable to appreciate them.
Sometimes when you have it so good, it's hard. It's not only the bad things that take it out of you.

I had a demanding Physio practice supporting people and staff as well as 2 small kids the same age as Lenny and Darwin. Our surprise 3rd child was born with heart and life threatening health issues. Just my opinion but it seems like Riley is the only one obsessed with the new boat and sacrificing what ever it takes to get it. Best I know Elena is a wonderful mum yet separated from the boys way too much for a reason? Definitely. Take care of yourself and your beautiful family. What you have accomplished so far is huge. A Great job, the quality of your video editing is the best. The shots, the scripts, your sense of humor, the music, your deep respect for the different cultures and people you’ve encountered, the sincere openness to your vulnerability to others, the bravery of some of your episodes, like swimming with tiger sharks, showing what’s happen when we try to be open to nature and it’s beauty, and also when things go wrong like with the macaques in thaïland.

Especially since your videos have moved to a more documentary format between 30-60 min from the shorter videos of the past, I wouldn't blame you at all for putting a video out once every 2 weeks. Thank you for sharing your life with us, your adventures, your laughter, your sorrows, and your children. Also incredibly proud of Riley for recognizing the signs and taking over the responsibilities that allowed you to get help. I went through a serious bout of depression and burn out with my own life and business during the pandemic. It's taken 2 years of constant conscious effort to move beyond that. Mental health isn't spoken about enough these days and it's extremely encouraging to hear from someone who I truly admire being honest about their live and struggles. YOU are not alone either ❤ You both inspire me so much and it's really special you share your lowest times. I've been in deep burnout as well. Little lulls then big dips and it's really hard just to stop and breathe. Stress is one nasty son-of-a and being a workaholic means I need to totally shift the way I do and think about things. And asking for help, like you asked Riley, is a struggle when you wish you were strong enough to keep doing it ALL but recognizing you need to reset and find peace is important because if you don't... it's scary to think where that could lead. Thanks for being so brave to share and I hope I can do the same

I've never related more with you, Elayna. Props to you for placing your personal health above all else. Thank goodness for wellness centers, a loving husband who pays attention, a young boy with so much empathy and kindness, and an energetic toddler that reminds us every day that there is no greater joy than simply existing. Hats off to you Riley. It is truly inspiring to see how you navigate all the bumps with your quiet confidence. Because of you two, I have started using AG. Took a few days for my body to adjust. But, I already feel less...heavy. So, thank you for the heads-up on that stuff. Bless you ❤

I took a year off. Moored at vero beach and enjoyed myself. Now I'm back to sailing. 😊

I think it is extremely hard for people to understand how difficult it is to video everything, update the videos, edit, etc. and to keep living. You do you ... we'll still be here if you change your schedule, etc. No matter what you have shared a wonderful life and you deserve the best. Thank you!
