I am a new subscriber and I have learned so much from you. I love your personality and how you're so real. I'm 57 years old, I don't need someone talking to me with a fake singsong voice like I'm a toddler. LOL I just started my very first kit the day before yesterday and my 3 month old German Shepherd puppy is absolutely convinced you are her invisible BFF because you keep saying her name (Maggie) during all the WIPs I've watched. She perks her ears up as best she can and tips her head back and forth while looking at the tv. So, I guess I should have said you have two new fans. :) Thank you so much for making and sharing vids with us!
I’m 28 with ADHD and anxiety. I game but have been looking for a hobby that is less stimulating. I’m not so creative so finding a way to make art but not use my brain was hard. I have always wanted to try diamond painting. I just bought my first kit and I’m so nervous/overwhelmed to start but your videos are so helpful! I can’t wait to start !
I like the baggy method because I myself am like you I don't like kiting down and they are much easier to store in my storage containers so yes thank you so much for easy storage ideas.
My very first diamond painting, one of my best friends bought me one off of Amazon along with some other accessories to try it out and see if it was something I enjoyed. After that I went to hobby lobby and bought some of the kits that DAC and diamond dotz had, worked on one of each brand and have been working on DAC exclusively since! What can I say? I love the company, their values on compensating artists, the quality and the service all together! My first DAC kit I did was space for reflection by Chuck Pinson!
8 months later :D I've cross stitched nearly my entire life, and my favorite DMC color for floss is 995. I have an entire cone of it. I'm only on my first diamond painting and it's in earth tones and oranges, so I haven't come across any 995 drills yet, but I am absolutely looking forward to it! That must be a gorgeous color in AB.
My first dimond painting is going to be a polar bear and cub, on ice, beneath the northern lights. I lived half of my life in Canada and half in the USA. I always get depressed in the winter, missing Canada. Texas winter is not really winter, at least where I am. I'm hoping that it will chear me up. And remind me of good times. Like skiing under the Aura Boris, or my first kiss under the northern lights. 😅 Polar bears always remind me of the Coke commercials from my childhood, and ronald McDonald on the ice, Santa sleading. Good memories. Hopefully it will help me with the seasonal blues. And encourage me to finish it. I have never dimond painted before, though I have cross stitched and it looks less stressful. I'm not very good, I end up with nots. I do love to craft though, my heart will always be with painting. Unfortunately where I am, that's not a option. Though I am a little bit intimidated at the size of it. 16x20 Thank you for the helpful tricks and tips. I hope you get out of your funck soon. When you are a creator online, its hard to get out of the funk. Because it's became your hobby, and job. Try creating your own dimond art. Out of leftovers. Make a coster or something. Small and your own design. Perhaps that will help you get inspired. Hugs
I use the round jars. I put the stickers on the jars first, then I cut each bag and the match the jars. I watch sticherista all time. I love her channel
I like baggies too. I use cheap pencil holders to put the baggies in. High Steet Cats was my 1st diamond painting. My favorite color is 550 as well. Purple is my absolute favorite color. kitting up is my favorite thing to do next to the actual painting. I also enjoy putting my painting into the gemsflow app. I like adding every color. That way, I can look to see if I have a particular color if I should need it. I only list the date I start and the day I finish. I don't care how long I work on it at a time. That would make it "work," and I hate work. And ever since you called the glitter drills, zebra drills. They forever became zebra drills. And I will forever hear 666 in your voice. 😂😅. Thanks for being you! I got up at 5:45 this morning thinking it was Wednesday. I think I waited for 2 hours, hoping nothing bad happened to you. I finally realized 😳 it was only Tuesday. Lol 😆 so I guess I'll see you tomorrow. Have a great day.
Omg! I’m so glad I came across your comment, the gemsflow app has definitely helped me keep my projects organized even better than my journal I was doing. Thanks so much for mentioning it🤗
I have been diamond painting for over two and a half years. You were one of the first creators I found on you tube when I first started, and I learned a lot from you. I’m so happy you’re doing more videos for the new people. My favorite storage is Harbour Freight and Elizabeth Ward. I also have Craft Mates and the round containers you talked about, but prefer HF and EW. My very first diamond painting was Diamond Dotz that I bought at Hobby Lobby. Again, thanks for the video.😊
First diamond painting was Randall Spangler “Dragon Book Ends.” It was a fantastic kit and really enjoyable and made me fall in love with diamond painting! My favorite color is the White AB, so pretty:)
I love and use the Craft Mates. I watched one of your videos several months ago and fell in love with them because they lock. I have grandchildren who love to throw the drills up in the air and watch them rain down…geez! Thanks so much!
I really like the Air Dot storage system. I have a 60 jar, and a 240 jar case. My first DP was a peacock from Homecraftology. I enjoy kitting up. Thanks for the video. 💜🎨👩🦳
I started Diamond Painting about 5 years ago. You was my first RUclips person for the craft. I had fell off but ready to jump back in. So many crafts not enough time to do them.
My first diamond painting was a rainbow heart I picked up at Michael’s. I’d purchased a Paint Gem kit off an ad I saw on Instagram, and then decided I was too impatient to wait for it to arrive so I drove to Michael’s to see if they had anything I could work on that same day. 🤣 I typically kit up into the 120 container ArtDot suitcases, but I recently ordered an Elizabeth Ward container system from Amazon, and I really like them both. I like the ArtDot systems for when I have more than 48 colors, since that’s all the containers the Elizabeth Ward system has and I don’t like having more than one container-set per painting.
I’m so happy I was able to get my Wakanda forever kit, can’t wait til I get it.. I’m currently using the Elizabeth Ward and the zipper case methods to kit up my kits, but I think I may try baggies now. I want to buy the box that has the DMC sections as a long term storage option to help me save some space and I hate kitting down lol. My very first kit was DAC Best Friends Under the Sea and my fave color is blue so naturally my fave DMC-so far- is 3844
Hello Mrs. Coffee! I am toodling around on RUclips looking for someone that does Diamond Painting. Since I'm brand new at this, I bought several from Temu. I'm still on my first one and so far it's turning out pretty nice. It only has 17 colors. It is a cross, the American Flag and the Bible. It's actually looking better than I thought it would, coming from Temu. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on Diamond Painting, just in case I did not like it. But, I'm loving this craft!!! So, I'll buy some from other stores after I finish the few I have. I have cats and I have found the tweezers are wonderful for pulling that fur off of my canvas. I'm so glad I found you!
I have watched your videos for maybe the last year, maybe a little less. Diamond painting grabbed me in February of 2023 and I’m not of lover of kitting up when I have to, but I really enjoyed your video. Back to the basics is always good
It was an Amazon landscape one. A tree, lake, and bushes. Terrible quality and is very blurry. I still loved doing it so much. Now I know how to get licensed stuff. Got my first DAC and it's called Seasons Change.
Hello Mrs Coffee... I also prefer using baggies, I have tried the Elizabeth Ward containers but still prefer baggies. My 1st picture was Wolf Dreamcatcher it got me hooked!! I prefer AB drills that are green.
Thanks for the Staroar baggie suggestion. The look like they are thicket, nicer quality to be used over and over. I don't use the stickers to label my baggies or cylinders because I'm afraid of residue. I use a sharpie to label and wipe it off with alcohol or acetone when I'm ready to re-use it.
Hi I found you and so happy to do so. I have never dome this type of art I have always done the counted cross stich for over 40 years and I was afraid to do this and you took away my fear t/y, You make it so easy to follow. I have a Jesus one to do and I am getting me a work space started again t/y so much.
I have been watching your videos for several years and really enjoy them. You do a "top notch" job on your instructional videos. When I first started diamond painting, I watched all your videos and learned so much. I use all the storage system you showed except for the Craftmate. I use different systems depending on the canvas.
My favorite is the circle bottles. I haven’t tried the Elizabeth ward yet. One of these days when I find a good sale lol. Diamond painting he my side piece and not getting much attention. Competition is strong with the yarn 😂 My first diamond painting was the Four Seasons tree from DAC. I love purple but for some reason 154 is my favorite.
My first was a colorful Afro girl from Amazon! All hell broke loose after that. My stash is out of control but it brings me so much joy! My favorite storage is towers or large tic tac on a carousel I created. 3837 is my favorite color! 💎💎💎💜💜💜
My first diamond painting was the Hogwarts castle at night. It comes in at 33.5inx 23.6in. Got it from my sister in-law for Xmas. Since then I've done about 10 other snack sizes! Can you say i am addicted?! You've been a big help with all your videos Mrs Coffee ❤ loves ya
I started diamond painting a year ago, my first painting was a square 40x50 I bought in a consignment shop here in Reykjavik, just to see if I liked the craft. Once I finished it, I was hooked and found DAC to the horror of my wallet 😂. I have about 50 pieces so far 😂😂. My favorite storage are the Artdot cases. I do a lot of full coverage cross stitch (HAEDS mostly) and I want to do a cross stitch conversion one of these days. Thank you for another great video ❤
I honestly love this type of videos I used to watch this the old videos like this when I was starting to know why I what I needed like the best ones. I’m now trying to get a harbor freight because I have humans that has already caused me to loose all the drills for a DP so😢
I like my Elizabeth warden dupes, hybor freight. I use the baggies for the extra i have of that certain color that didn’t fit the container i tend to open more what fits in a containers lol
Hi Mrs. Coffee, I started Diamond Painting in October of last year. I did a small Sunflower 🌻 that I purchased from my local Hobby Lobby store. I have purchased other Diamond Paintings just haven't worked on them yet. I enjoy working out of the small baggies so I have to put the drills into the baggies. I will have to try your tip on how to open the baggies. My hands don't cooperate with opening the baggies. Have a terrific Thursday.
My first diamond painting was a stitch and angel one from Amazon it was a square kit, still hung up in my room looks like the day it was finished. My two favorite storage is both the cylinder jars and the baggies
Also, Miss Alicia, if you can try to make one like you make one years ago, it was years ago like it could be like Amazon products like for beginners, Amazon products for beginners and then you can show something like upgrades from Amazon and other places that will be great as well because now we have so many other things that would be great as well and what elseif you could, if you if you’re willing we could you could try to do it like a fitting I would love that one specially the story
I like working from baggies and store in the ArtDot cases. I have a few clear plastic cases for my crystal and special drills. I just sent a suggestion to DAC for them to use baggies to save us a step. Hopefully, they'll take it under advisement. 🤞🏽
I recently got my first Diamond Art Club piece, and I'm so excited to start but haven't yet done so because I have been a bit overwhelmed with making sure I'm all set up/well kitted up to start off on a good note. It was overwhelming watching all these different videos on storage systems, methods, etc., so I am so glad I came across this video! A lot of them can be quite pricey! It was extremely helpful to watch you kit up and quite a relief to hear someone say they prefer the baggies! I feel a lot more confident and excited to start my piece, so thank you again for this helpful video and for your helpful diamond painting content in general. They have been a joy to watch.
My first diamond painting I did was Starry Night. I got it at JoAnn’s. It took me about 2 months to do. I use the vials to kit up and then I mostly just put the extras in a jar to use other projects.
My favorite to kit up in is Harbor freight containers. My first diamond painting was a baby unicorn curled up to mommy unicorn (Square) 30×30 6 years ago bought it from homcraftology .it was cheap 😂 I hated it but loved the process then found DAC and purchased M.M. Hello beastie 3months into the craft. Been a DAC "snob" since ❤ My Fav DMC number is all'em 😂 but Looove the blues
🤗Thank You for taken time show and reminding us me needed that kidding up as we speak thanks I bought $8 kit from Amazon it was nice my first one diamonds was nice the canvas wasn’t but I started it before almost finish tree limbs didn’t print out had look on box wasn’t happy but it turn out really nice 😊 My First 👍🏽
My hubby is color blind too. I think the only color he can see is yellow. I love all colors because the world would be a drab place for me if everything was the same color. My favorite containers are Everything Mary from Walmart and the EW containers. I primarily order from DAC and Dreamer Designs, but I do have a few from Amazon, a couple from Create Love Share out of Australia (75% off sale), and waiting FOREVER for one from One With the Diamond Art (ordered it two weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet (yes I am losing patience, haha)). I work full time so crafting is a part time thing for me anyway, which is good for my hubby. 🤪🤣😂
Hello. I’m a new subscriber and new to diamond painting. I find your video very informative. Thank you for this video, as i was wondering how to store the drills.
We don’t own drier sheets , we use dryer balls , I have found using a little piece of paper towel and a little of alcohol you can dry it out then put it with the drills 😊
Love 💕 your channel-you always keep it real. Thank you for going through various storage options. I’ve seen them, but it’s very helpful to have them all in one place. I do have a question about your kit up-and I’m sorry if you already answered it. Why do you put the stickers on the 2nd “band”? Is there a use for the other 2 areas? What a great idea to kit up and store it all ready to go!!!
I found on Etsy, and love, is the stand w/ the 24 numbered trays and covers. No more pouring out a color into a tray and pouring it back in when done; it stays in until I am done with the diamond painting. I have 3 of these stands. I have one kit that has 70+ colors...so I am ready lol The first diamond painting I purchased was a winter sunset scene, probably from Amazon. I still need to finish it. I think I was lured the colors of lavender and peach colors...ugh
I have the stand with the trays with covers as well!! Absolutely love it. Only have 1 but use it for the colors that have the most drills. Saves so much time!
I’m watching this before my local art shop opens. I’m going to get a diamonds dotz painting for my first one but diamond art club looks like amazing quality. I’m excited but I wish I didn’t have to go to work today, I just want to diamond paint and I’ve never even diamond painted before 😂
I noticed that you hearted my comment today, I finished the starry night using this trick and I’m so glad I watched all of your videos first. They have ordered in the original one that I wanted since then. Think I found a new casual hobby :)
Hey Mrs. Coffee!! So for the Craftmates lockables… they are mostly spill-proof unless you have my kind of luck and they fall on the button… I lost an entire strip of drills because all 7 compartments opened when it hit the ground.. totally a freak accident but wanted to share lol
I actually love to kit up into the containers, it is the kitting down that I dislike. I really should learn to love baggies, cheaper and takes up less space and at the end I could just throw them in the box.
Hello again! Thanks for the great video. Would like to know if you’ ve ever done or have a video of those acrylic desktop diamond painting decorations. I’ve seen some on TEMU and they look interesting. I’d like your feedback on these kits when you have the time. TYSM !
I just got into the craft. Do you have any suggestions to reduce mess when pouring diamonds into storage and boats. My mom is complaining about drills everywhere.
Yeah, I don't cut mine apart first. I just put my stickers on my containers and fill by just picking up a train and finding the corresponding container.
I purchased a diamond painting, from one of those showcase stores and after I kitted it up tonight March 5, I realized I was missing a whole letter of drills. I’ll have to contact them in the morning, I found the customer service number online for the company that made them
I use the 28 count boxes but I would rather use baggies but I have noticed the baggies they come with the kits aren’t the best for opening and closing frequently
Question... I realize you get what you pay for but I'm trying to use these budget kits I purchased before I found out about the differences between them and the premium diamond kits. My problem is I've run into pictures that are sticky to the touch but the drills act like they are on an ice skating rink!! Do you have any suggestions?
Heyy there. I have a question. Im thinking of trying out the baggie storage system, but when you work activly on a kit how do you keep all the baggies of drills organised and easy to find and work whit? And would you use the baggie storage technique whit large kits having 59+colors? Thankyou in advance and have a nice day 😊
My first DP was this God awful amazon of my favorite boy band BTS. I remember being so scared of it at first plus is was small compared to what I do now. And yes you get what you pay for. I spent less than $10 and it show. So yes now I will the money for good quality DP. I don't really have a favorite container I have so many different one the one I'm using at the moment I like. 😅.
Omg thanks for sharing. At this point my DP mojo is at a standstill. I love DAC but was feeling blue hoping to see a bit more cultural diversity or melanin. Anyhow I love your unboxing. Thank you ,
Thank you Mrs Coffee I’m looking for a good diamond painting pen.I like a thin pen do you have any suggestions where to get one,or favorite shop to get one? I really enjoy your videos.💖
Yes I have 3 shops I recommend Black wolfwood work: www.etsy.com/shop/BlackWolfWoodWorks Enablers Outpost:www.enablersoutpost.com Diamond penpal: www.etsy.com/shop/DiamondPenPal
Hi… I just received my first diamond painting kit from HSN. It’s a greeting card diamond painting kit. Would like to know if I should put a sealer on the cards or would the liquid sealer ruin the cardstock?
I have multiple crafts and get lose my mojo so I switch crafts I paper craft, cross stitch and diamond paint. The cross stitching I just restarted about 2 yrs ago, diamond painting is newer
I’m new to Diamond painting. What does AB and DMC mean? I’m hearing these acronyms used a lot but I haven’t been able to find anyone who explains the meaning. Thanks in advance.

I have my audible on when I am crafting. A good book helps a lot. My favourite colour is 3771
You're great, thanks for always entertaining me while I diamond paint!
I love the Elizabeth Ward system.
I like the baggy method because I myself am like you I don't like kiting down and they are much easier to store in my storage containers so yes thank you so much for easy storage ideas.
I been doing diamond painting since 2018 and my favorite storage system is old reliable.....plastic sauce cups and a tupperware from Dollar Tree. LOL

Definitely baggies!! If you have any left they are already done!! I love watching your videos!! Have a great one!!
I like working from baggies and store in the ArtDot cases. I have a few clear plastic cases for my crystal and special drills.
I just sent a suggestion to DAC for them to use baggies to save us a step. Hopefully, they'll take it under advisement. 🤞🏽
My favorite DMC color is 3607.
My first diamond painting was a pair of birds from diamond dots, my favorite color is 550, I use a stackable screw bead system.
My first kit was an owl from Amazon. My favorite dmc color is 3765!
Im so very Happy i was able to help ♥️
My first diamond painting I did was Starry Night. I got it at JoAnn’s. It took me about 2 months to do. I use the vials to kit up and then I mostly just put the extras in a jar to use other projects.
Do you find DMC colours consistent enough to mix leftover and new diamonds?
My first diamond art piece was the public domain pink waterfall that I got on Amazon.
my first diamond painting was an owls and chiwahwahs
My favorite to kit up in is Harbor freight containers. My first diamond painting was a baby unicorn curled up to mommy unicorn (Square) 30×30 6 years ago bought it from homcraftology .it was cheap 😂 I hated it but loved the process then found DAC and purchased M.M. Hello beastie 3months into the craft. Been a DAC "snob" since ❤
My Fav DMC number is all'em 😂 but Looove the blues
My favorite DMC is 3078. I love the pale yellow
Love the Harbour Freight esp for the price!
Think u mrs ☕️ for sharing enjoy the rest of your❤️🙂💐
♥️♥️
Hey I'm new lol waiting on a kit. I like that you take the time
Love 💕 your channel-you always keep it real.
Love purple too!
Yay!
Hey Mrs. Coffee!! So for the Craftmates lockables… they are mostly spill-proof unless you have my kind of luck and they fall on the button… I lost an entire strip of drills because all 7 compartments opened when it hit the ground.. totally a freak accident but wanted to share lol
My favorite DMC # is 550
I actually love to kit up into the containers, it is the kitting down that I dislike.
TYSM !
Thank you.
Enjoyed the video and the information you gave me so helpful. ❤
I just got into the craft. Do you have any suggestions to reduce mess when pouring diamonds into storage and boats. My mom is complaining about drills everywhere.
I was wondering. What do you do with the extra drills that are not used?
Yeah, I don't cut mine apart first. I just put my stickers on my containers and fill by just picking up a train and finding the corresponding container.
Idk im still learning what dmc numbers even are. They still confuse me! Lol.
My husbands color blind too and his favorite color is purple too!
I purchased a diamond painting, from one of those showcase stores and after I kitted it up tonight March 5, I realized I was missing a whole letter of drills. I’ll have to contact them in the morning, I found the customer service number online for the company that made them
Awesome loved the information 😊
It was a dac I can't remember the name but it has snowman with cardinals with a bunny
I use the 28 count boxes but I would rather use baggies but I have noticed the baggies they come with the kits aren’t the best for opening and closing frequently
I love 550
My first kit was Dreamcatcher wolf by JoJoes Art. Which was the year 2021 I think?
Are DMC colours consistent from one batch to another? Just wondering if the leftovers will be reusable in future projects.
My first Diamond painting was a Fairy. It wasn't licenced. I didn't know about that stuff. No I do.
I can't choose a favorite dmc because I have so many I like
I think one of my first dp was a cat picture that Sticherista had unboxed.even 😅 it framed
I also put a piece of dryer sheet in each jar
I watched it al
Thanks for sharing
I did an Owl 2/18 it was very small I don't remember the day I finished it I should've but the month, day & year not just the month & year
Question...
I realize you get what you pay for but I'm trying to use these budget kits I purchased before I found out about the differences between them and the premium diamond kits. My problem is I've run into pictures that are sticky to the touch but the drills act like they are on an ice skating rink!! Do you have any suggestions?
White Wolf form diamond dotz that i got from michaels
Heyy there. I have a question. Im thinking of trying out the baggie storage system, but when you work activly on a kit how do you keep all the baggies of drills organised and easy to find and work whit? And would you use the baggie storage technique whit large kits having 59+colors?
Thankyou in advance and have a nice day 😊
I use this www.etsy.com/listing/988052045/rainbow-bag-storage-for-diamond-painting
What do you do with all the left over drills
Store them for if I have an accident and spill or have an accident with drills
My first DP was this God awful amazon of my favorite boy band BTS. I remember being so scared of it at first plus is was small compared to what I do now. And yes you get what you pay for. I spent less than $10 and it show. So yes now I will the money for good quality DP. I don't really have a favorite container I have so many different one the one I'm using at the moment I like. 😅.
Omg thanks for sharing. At this point my DP mojo is at a standstill. I love DAC but was feeling blue hoping to see a bit more cultural diversity or melanin. Anyhow I love your unboxing. Thank you
,
I feel that
Thank you Mrs Coffee I’m looking for a good diamond painting pen.I like a thin pen do you have any suggestions where to get one,or favorite shop to get one? I really enjoy your videos.💖

@@MrsCoffee1 thank you so much❣️
Hi… I just received my first diamond painting kit from HSN. It’s a greeting card diamond painting kit. Would like to know if I should put a sealer on the cards or would the liquid sealer ruin the cardstock?
No Sealer is not something you will need to put on cards unless there is problems with the glue or the drills are coming off.
@@MrsCoffee1 Thanks so much for answering! I appreciate you!
We need fingertip anti static sheeths....lol....I have short stubby fingers. Not always the most dexterous.
and my storage is the bag it came in and scotch tpe
To remove the static
I have multiple crafts and get lose my mojo so I switch crafts I paper craft, cross stitch and diamond paint. The cross stitching I just restarted about 2 yrs ago, diamond painting is newer
I’m new to Diamond painting. What does AB and DMC mean? I’m hearing these acronyms used a lot but I haven’t been able to find anyone who explains the meaning. Thanks in advance.
DMC code is referring to the color chart used to determine the colors so like floss from cross stitching its how to keep track of all the colors
I love Kool-aid
