I have two Alva’s. I love noriko fibers because they last a long time and fit a all head. I easily trimmed my bangs. You look adorable in the Alva. Thanks for the comparisons. I just ordered my third Alva in another color.

Both styles are cute. I like both Noriko & Henry Margu. Noriko wigs fit my ultra petite head better than a lot of other brands. I have Alva & I think I prefer the length on her.

You are my favorite wig guru and thank you for all your great information. With Noriko both specificallly Alva and generally all Noriko wigs, are they a tighter or looser fit? Same for Henry Margu & Mariah. I know your head circumference has changed recently (and kudos to you for that), but when you would say a wig had more room than average, I would take that to the bank! Unfortunately I have some memory issues and don't recall other than Bell Tres and Rachael welsh which other brands that fit generally bigger. Thank you again for making us feel normal while being so vulnerable. Your information is a Godsend.
I find Noriko to have a tighter and more inconsistent fit. I've had 4 of the style Jackson, 1 was so tight I could not wear it, two others were tight but doable and one was loose! Henry Margu runs truer to Average so I would say the HM caps are bigger than Noriko.
This is unrelated to this video, but I've been watching your channel for a long time. How do I know when to cut the lace on my wig, and how much to cut? I know you used some wig glue in one video and you had cut the lace too short, I didn't know we could cut the lace? Will it help with that line that digs into my forehead sometimes? Thanks!
Hi! So human hair wigs most of the time come with lace that needs to be cut because it covers your forehead. The wig you are referencing was one of those and I cut it too short. For synthetic wigs that are considered ready to wear with the lace the right length, while you never have to cut the lace on those, sometimes it can help it to look more natural. When I am dealing with that line of demarcation that you mentioned, I like to use a pinking shears to soften that straight line. I checked out the wig … it’s an average head size. I have a large head size. 🥲
I would add that while Noriko is billed as average, I think that brand runs SMALL.
