My mission is to keep more bicycle riders in the sport.
Whether you can't afford to take it to a shop,
you don't have a way to transport it to the shop,
you don't have time to take it in for repairs,
or you just want to learn to fix, repair, and upgrade your own bike,
I will help to keep your bike running smooth and you riding longer. Хобби
Four years later your video is still helping people. Thanks so much for giving your time and effort to help people you will never meet!
You’re welcome! It makes me happy to help. I hope my videos are helping people long after I’m gone.
Dude you are the only one who mentions knocking out the bearing hub from the top lol brilliant ty
Just got reunited with my 03 dyno, and all your vids have been amazing, thanks.
Many thanks for this video I'm just refurbishing my granddaughters bmx and although I had taken photos I couldn't quite work out the first part of assembly, so many thanks for getting me out of mess,
Many thanks from the UK,

You're welcome. Glad I could help.
Great video thanks. Was just working on my son's bike and removed the top cap and didn't realize I could reuse it. Thought I would need an internal cup and bearing to replace it. Glad I found your video, don't want my son riding without breaks. And want to see him pull off a bar spin.
You're welcome. Glad i could help
good knowledge is best shared ..... and very helpful for those who are just getting used to playing gyro again
Hey buddy...

n the way u did is just awesome... 😎
Luv from india..!
Hi there. I m trying to install the odyssey gyro on a magician but the fork seems to be short to screw everything on. Do you have any ideas?is there any detailed video for this bike?
How much steerer tube is ideal for a gyro setup? Or does it matter? Just have to set it up for the pull and such I would need to make it work?
Can you install the gyro on a bike that has an integrated headset that is not like a straight tube kind of like an hourglass head tube
So this is a standard 1/18 inch conventional head tube?
How do u tighten up the bottom gyro piece that isn’t suppose to move but will move.
thank you very help full he will apply these steps to his bike for one inch threadless like u said in video
You're welcome. Glad i could help.
@@thebasementbikeshop2336 this set up u used in this video would work for 1 inch threadless without tabs correct just so we are in the right path ?
@@riseshine5191 Yes.
@@riseshine5191 Just make sure the size is correct. I don't mean to doubt you but 1" threadless is very rare. but i've never worked on this model kink bike.
The Basement Bike Shop ok thanks for your help.
I wonder if a 1 1/8" bottom plate would work on a 1" frame..
would you recommend spending a bit more money on a better gyro such as the kink myriad. I'm sort of a beginner by the way
Yes. I run the Kink Myriad now and I love it. Smoother than the Snafu and not as big and bulky as the Shadow. If you want to see a video of the install, check it out here- ruclips.net/video/nFsbaWZFsTk/видео.html
My bottom plate isnt going on the frame as easily as yours. Do I need to press it on? I have the framed 26er. It has a 1 1/8th headset. Using the odyssey g3 gyro kit.
I have had to press them on before. Although if your head tube is a lot thicker than a normal head tube, i could be a problem.
@@thebasementbikeshop2336 thanks for the reply. If it is thicker looks like my only option is to drill my frame. Which I was trying to avoid. Anyways thanks for posting all these video. They are a great help.
Don't have to drill holes!
Hello sir, can you make a video tutorial how to remove the gyro. Thank you, Greetings from INDONESIA🇮🇩🇮🇩
I’m confused af
