nc video my laptop is a compaq presario cq42 and its not turning on, its charging BTW but it won't open i tried to open its internal hardware but i'm kinda scared to pull it out i might brake the case so i just leave it like that but w/out the cd player and also the keyboard, while im analyzing the problem i notice the fan's wire i tried to kinda wiggle it softly and i noticed something the fan is not working but its charging, i was like wtf then i realized the fan is maybe not intact very wello didn't yet go to the computer shop to check what's the problem and also i'm very low on budjet
