I started with Creative Memories in 2000…I don’t scrapbook very much anymore but I still have so many products. I will use some of these great ideas with my card making. Thanks!
Depends on the punch. The designated Frame Punches are easiest but you can try the same technique on any punch, just imagine the silver line. I'm traveling today and can't share a link at the moment, but look for my Baroque Frame Punch ideas video and that might help.
I just tried to use my Creative Memories border system and was so disappointed that all the punches I tried were so large they didn't work for the projects I was wanting to use them on. Are all of the punches large or is there something that creates a more "dainty" design?
These punches are the stand-alone Border Punches and they make a larger design than the Border Maker System does. Those borders can only be 1" or so tall. Some of them are smaller but if you get too delicate the metal doesn't have enough strength to punch. Not sure that answers your question?
Love the trick about not punching the very end or mirrored borders!
Thank you for the excellent tips for making a mirror design with a border punch.

Nicole is it possible to cut a border around a 12 x 12 page - how would you align this?
