Thank you so much for the kind words. Growing the hobby is something I'd love too. More people in more places would yield a lot more exciting DX, and better alerting for all of us.
Thanks for listening! Yes, it was a very lucky fadeup - I'll admit to a good dose of "dumb luck" in this and a few other receptions. The podcasts from the various EU broadcasters really help.
Holy crap Bryce! Your one of the the few Americans that got Trans-Atlantic FM DX! I hope you get WYYU on 104.5 soon! Nice 3x or 4xEs catch! I got 99.9 the Q on June 3rd!
congratulations on your record E catch. I guess USA DXers miss these openings because they aren't looking for it. How many aim their antennas eastward?
That's part of my theory! My secret sauce has been: a. Looking for it closely b. Looking at 87-88 MHz and recording with SDR c. My location is pretty good (no DTV-6 and a few miles from the Atlantic ocean)
I’ve tried for years from Florida but just too many stations here and distance is very far also many neighborhoods restrict outdoor antennas here,I have had luck with Puerto Rico and NewBrunswick on FM here’s to hoping
This deserves 67 million views rather than 67! A testament to the 'nicheness' of the hobby! Once again, congratulations on this stunning reception.

this is F2 rather than es
Well done! Surf is definitely up this year.
Thank you Paul. Indeed, the Es harvest has been plentiful now, 2 years in a row.
@@dxbryce What SDR are you using?
@@pauls6897 This was recorded using an Airspy HF+ Discovery. I also use an SDRPlay Duo as my "main" rig!

Congrats on all your T/A stations. Now try for Italy.
Thank you! It's on my list, although UK and Morocco / Algeria are my top picks for "across the pond" prospects!
@@dxbryce Don't rule out listening to the Canary Island, in 2024 !!
