After watching you quilt, I felt able to try out quilting on my Brother 1500 machine. I still haven't quilted a lap size quilt, but I've done several smaller pieces. Thanks for your vlogs.
I just LOVE your manicure!! I so desperately need to get mine done, but I have huge hoof hands with yucky, clunky fingers… they never-ever look pretty… I am so jealous of how your petite hands and nails look!
It's lookin' good Amanda. I have a long arm, so I always forget how amazing straight line quilting enhances some quilts. I will remember this time and try straight line with the next quilt. Thanks!
I sew and quilt using a Brother PQ1500SL. It’s a straight stitch only sewing machine and comes with the accessories for quilting and other dressmaking techniques.

Try rolling your quilt on pool noodles, use elastic bands on one end.
