lost my dad to a rare quick moving disease last summer. sick in April died in Aug. we kept him at home and all 3 of us girls and my mother cared for him until he died. my heart is still broken. that was 8 months ago. my mom and him just celebrated their 57th anniversary 3 months before he passed. My heart goes out to everyone who has lost someone they love.
I wish you were the last person who has to live with this type of sorrow but alas it will not be. I lost my mother 5 months before my youngest son joined her. We both will make it through this but it will be hard.

When I was on my 24 I started to stop listening to modern songs and turned into fanatical listener of old songs like Sinatra, Bee Gees, Barry Manilow, collection from Great American Songbook, and modern singer like Michael Buble because he often sings the old songs or new songs in the taste of old songs. I feel like old songs have class in its instruments, well-dressed singers, and good lyrics compared to today's songs. And by the way I'm sorry for my poor English 😅

Wow, this is actually pretty good. I didn't have high hopes due to cynical expectations of this pop group making boring sappy songs...but this is actually a great, memorable ballad. I knew the Bee Gees were good at disco and 60s upbeat pop and beat, but I didn't know they were more versatile than that. The bass is awesome, especially as it enters.

Every since 2013 my world has been ripped apart and put back together only to be torn apart again , that was the year i moved back to the state where i grew up , mistake #1 , 2 weeks after my youngest son died on his birthday , a short 2 months after that , lost my mom , within the next 3 weeks lost 4 dogs , abrother and sister not to mention my house in the town i should have never left to begin with ! You want to talk about a broken heart ? I know how it feels and they say a broken heart never mends , they're correct , you learn to deal , you learn to live with it but , it never mends . Wow, this is actually pretty good. I didn't have high hopes due to cynical expectations of this pop group making boring sappy songs...but this is actually a great, memorable ballad. I knew the Bee Gees were good at disco and 60s upbeat pop and beat, but I didn't know they were more versatile than that.

Had a lot of broken hearts in the past. Distant and near. From unreciprocated loves to family squabbles. Recently from my own children, all grown-up adults and deciding their own lives. They were only little children "a while ago". Have been listening to this song ever since I first heard it on radio in the 70's. Now 66, it is so nice to sing along with while I try to go through these heartbroken memories.

Every since 2013 my world has been ripped apart and put back together only to be torn apart again , that was the year i moved back to the state where i grew up , mistake #1 , 2 weeks after my youngest son died on his birthday , a short 2 months after that , lost my mom , within the next 3 weeks lost 4 dogs , abrother and sister not to mention my house in the town i should have never left to begin with ! You want to talk about a broken heart ? I know how it feels and they say a broken heart never mends , they're correct , you learn to deal , you learn to live with it but , it never mends . Bless all who have lost a love of any type , family , friend or pet , we carry on somehow but the pain never just stops , we burry it as deep as possible and keep pushing , this beautiful song brings out thoughts and dreams lost but hopefully also great memories .i wish you all the best and lets all find the happiness in our hearts again .
