I baught 1099 plan and I pay 1300 after taxes, though they say amazon prime in the bundle, It supports only for a year even though I pay 1300 continuously every month, after a year I still pay 1300 and I don't get prime. Kindly talk about it too.

Nobody is gonna tell you this that airtel will install a refurbished router which they will never change with a brand new router even after repeated requests by the customer. Happened with me. I'm stuck with a refurbished router which often gives me problems, not always but yes it does give me problems in terms of connectivity. Also, one more hidden clause is that these bundled apps are free only for one year. After that you are on your own. Read the terms and conditions and there its mentioned that the free apps bundle is for one year. P.S. I'm subscribed to 1098 per month plan which is supposed to give me 200 Mbps, which i do get often but only when I'm within a meter range of the router. Any farther from that and the speed falls to 150 Mbps.
I got a brand new Nokia router whereas the previous one was a Huawei one. So not sure why you're highlighting it as if this is their default modus operandi.

the only thing everyone is not telling about is that big satellite to be installed on your roof... which is as compared to their only competitor i.e. JIO... is a big disadvantage.... because Jio operates from fiber's internet while Airtel uses satellite (old school)

dude you forgot to mention what kind of tier and how many devices they support , none of these bundle provides higher tier , most of them are sd and with 1 device support . its kind of the fineprint that they dont tell you

There is no way of pause your black connection all together, if you plan to stop for 1 or more months. There is no pre paid black plans. They are not giving entertainment box. I saw one of the tech reviewer video and took. But they are giving router and DTH separate. The router becomes too hot when it is turned on. They will do installation fast. They gave a false promise for my connection. And the agents will escalate to higher level department but there will be no solution and they will ask again the same details for what you raised a issue. It is not ending mine. But take the decision twice while taking the connection.

Worst experience with Airtel Xstream. I am facing frequent disconnections and very low speed since 6 months. I am complaining to customer care every 2 days. They come and resolve the issue and after 2 hours it goes down again. I asked them to replace my modem but they denied to do so. In city like Bangalore if they are not able to provide good connection then what is the meaning of their fake advertisement for being able to give 100% data speed

Lol I would prefer OTT any day. No ads and I can choose what I want to watch plus much better quality. Also I am just paying 200Rs. per month for all the OTT apps (jio 30Mbps + OTT plan), where as the cable connection price was 350 about 5-6 years ago when we last use to pay for cable. airtel has the worst customer service, if the internet goes today it takes around 2-3 days for them to fix
Depends on the area brother , one day internet was down in my area but it was fixed under 20-30 mins

What is the use of owning 4k TVs if you just want to watch that shitty quality with lot of ads. Even if they increase the price in future, it is totally justified and VFM than cable.

Its double to triple to what i am currently paying 😂. Mine is 6k for 200mbps for a year, and in OTT subscription: Zee5, Disney+, sony liv, prime, youtube premium (total approx 5-6k)
Why should i switch and pay more for this? Those 20+ OTT i am never gonna use either, and most likely it same for majority.
And not telling about GST is very deceiving... BTW my prices included GST 😉
