    Make your book of aerodynamics
    So beginners like me can learn through books and can reach to learn advance level science...
    And let them stay interested in the aeronautics... :-)

    amazing video!
    hey, on the valve overlap, when both intake and exhaust valves are open, can you explain why the exhaust would only exit via Exhaust valve and not through the Intake valve opening? thanks

      Pretty simple, the exhaust gas rushing out of the exhaust valve has some momentum, so it still moves when the piston reached his top position, therefor creating a little vacuum, when the intake valve open early the vacuum can be used to suck in fresh air.
      Edit: Or the engine is turbocharged an the fresh air presses out the remaning exhaust gases.

      @@jonasstahl9826 Momentum yes, not sure about the turbocharged thing though. Supercharged yes, but wouldn't the fact that the turbocharger is driven by the exhuast gases mean that there is increased pressure on both sides of the cylinder?
