Here is what I wish I knew before I started a bullet journal and really how I make my bullet journal better... grid spacing guides. What is a grid spacing guide you may ask? Well it's basically one of the ways to make bullet journaling easier. If this is your first bullet journal set up or you've been bullet journaling for a while this easy bullet journal tip will make setting up bullet journal spreads quick and easy.
In this video I walk through the different ideas for grid spacing, how to use a grid spacing guide and of course show the best grid spacing guide to use (in my opinion).
All of these grid guide templates can be used in any bullet journal you have no matter the dimension since how to use a dot grid journal will all function the same. The only difference is how many dot grids across and down you will be using. This easy bullet journal spreads work best for dot grid journals BUT if you used lined paper for bullet journaling or grid paper to bullet journal, the same steps would work for that too. If may just take a little longer to set up is all. If that is the case I would recommend the bookmark grid spacing guide because it is easier to move around the page!

What other must have spreads do you have to have in your bullet journal??
Thank you so much for this video. Like, I knew that I needed a space grid but for some reason it never worked for me and I've always put too much thought into it. I think I had to know to center the spaces if they are uneven and I think I want to add it to the front page as a flip out so I can line it up. Or even a laminated ruler.
That’s a good idea!! I should consider laminating my ruler so it’ll last longer instead of having to remake them 🥰🥰
