Here's something to consider. If they made ships out of their own bodies, how much of themselves did they sacrifice? Depending on how large the Children of The Stars are, they could've made a fleet large enough to destroy MULTIPLE solar systems AT THE SAME TIME. Humanity truly has the greatest friends :)

Think big enough to disrupt the orbit of moons. nearby ships being dragged into them by gravity and spite, smashed against hulls that eclipse all else in sight, even in space.

I really appreciate the whole 'a human was kind to essentially a real-life npc when they met, so when the A.I. overmind of that world hears humanity is looking like a candle in a stiff breeze, doc holiday's it up like 'i'm your huckleberry'. Bravo.

ehh not that ideal either, its clear humanity still is warring and has its many petty squables, but if there is trully sentient life out there, this is one of the most probable outcomes if we learn to be sympathetic

I love the fact that this is such positive sci-fi, the hopefulness that used to exist in Star Trek is found here. Too much sci-fi these days is dark and demoralizing.

How we stood in the breach for them so they could grow and be better than they were before Humanity found them. Acts of kindness, mercy, compassion, and bravery all, done by humans, for those not human are why the Xeno's came to Sol to aid Humanity. Humanity, without thought, are the ones that created Unity among the species of the Orion Arm.
This is a good story based on our more humble human traits rather than the usual human martial prowess. Treat people/sentient beings they way you want to be treated. I lied, it's not a good story, but rather an excellent story.
Knowing Humanity Each Xeno species had their asses handed to them by us in some way shape or form. Then Humanity did what it always does. We helped them rebuild and live better. We treated their most deadly illnesses dying sometimes to do so. We did the second best thing that Humans do, We talked with everything that would listen. We are Humanity we want to kick your ass or be best friends with you. Sometimes both. On the same day. So who says that Humanity wasn't the Heros and Saviors? Each Xeno species responded due to the actions of Humanity. How we stood in the breach for them so they could grow and be better than they were before Humanity found them.
