John Chenger of Bat Conservation and Management organized a 2 hour special session on bat houses just prior to the Northeast Bat Working Group meeting on January 16, 2025. Jim Kennedy's segment focused on design, construction, and placement of homeowner-sized bat houses. His suggestions and recommendations are based on 30+ years of research. Jim Kennedy worked nationwide with Merlin Tuttle studying bat roosts for practically a decade.
