This rainy drive begins before dawn. It leads from the Metropolitan Expressway in central Tokyo to an expressway with good visibility in the suburbs. A typhoon had passed through the Japanese archipelago that day, and it was raining quite heavily over a wide area.Unusual for my channel, this time not on a dark road in the middle of the night, but it will have a nice effect on inducing sleep and relaxation.

When I was young, my dad used to pick up my mom from work as she finished the afternoon shift at night. She was a nurse. I remember sitting in the passenger seat just like this. listening to the rain and cars passing by while slowly falling asleep. This video brings back those memories.

There's something about some Japanese architecture that is beautifully depressing, especially in those early dawn hours. No lights on, people ending and starting their days all at once. The balconies and patios of high rise apartments looking like ribs of a concrete monster.

Sometimes i drive with some chill persona music when its raining and just kinda think to myself. I'm always stressed out and the things i love doing aren't fun anymore and some have just become a chore. I used to love driving (i still do to a small percent) but giant semi's and bad drivers snap me out of my chill mood. I have no friends in my town so i rely on the small things to keep me sane.
Those who like to play The Crew 2 and drive slowly in the rain, and in first person... Yeahhh the literal vibes are realll

It may not have been raining, but I remember being alseep and then woke up and found out my Dad was carrying me into the car and covering me in a blanket for the drive. I didnt remember where we were going, but I remember that happened years ago. Around the time I was in Elementary still at 2012. That was another one of the best memories Ive had for long time. Falling alseep in the car knowing I had the room and time to just rest my whole body from the world we live in. :')

Certainly, you can't drive for 10 hours straight. But if it rains all night, it is not unusual for me to drive 7-8 hours because I drive in the rain from midnight to morning.
