Such a big property and people sit on the tiny porch between the gray dark walls... and now they squeeze a tiny pond in there too. They're doing everything right. They also ensure that the skimmer also gurgles right next to their ears...
Looks amazing! However, I can't help but think about the day the sidding needs done or the window needs replaced 😅

There’s currently walkable access around the pond,
It’s a bit of a challenge but possible to do repair work…..

This is really going to be a hidden gem. If I visited that place I would HAVE TO go in that front door!! 😂😂. He may be creating a monster,,,, 😂😂.
This is a very interesting project. I was thinking clear glass overtop for a sidewalk, make the square pedestal step into the home floating as a stone slab instead,,,,,. Everyone has different ideas & tastes. I think I much prefer the way you have gone on the sidewalk placement. That why you do what you do!! Haha.

And that’s why you hire professionals with integrity… there’s a well known LA home; and well when you have money you get what you want and there’s a glass walkway over the pond into the house area there has been numerous visitors in the pond with the fish too.
