    I need some more light on the structures that pass behind the medial malleolus is there a flexor policies longus in the lower limb the one I know is in the upper limbs if am not wrong then it needs to be edited to flexor digitorum longus

    The medial malleolar tendons are according to mnemonic "Tom DIck and Harry"-- Tibialis post. FDL (not pollicus!) and Hallulcis
