How do you do if you want at the end of the second video to go back on a speed ramp and then go back forward on a speed ramp as if it were bouncing and then add a third scene?

Pretty much you need to add more keyframes in a same manner. I haven't quite used that though.

When I open the speed editor both the keyframes are at 0 speed, why is that?

Hmm, did you do the step before the graph editor where you have to move the keyframe at 6 seconds to 1 second?
