I have visited and loved it! Tired of living in the apocalyptic Los Angeles😭. Once my lease expires might move to Clovis. My experience going out in Fresno area is you enjoy a bar or club, dining is pleasant not stressful like L.A where getting a cocktail is a project.
Can you make a video on downtown Fresno and what’s changed and the future of it? I usually stay up to date on downtown Fresno. I just hope the people change, meaning when I lived there people didn’t care for culture. It didn’t feel like a community. But, I was in high school so I’m sure it’s changed in the last 12 years
That's an awesome suggestion! I'm adding that to the list. Hopefully I can get it started soon 😅 I agree, culture wasnt there back then. I'd say the arts culture and community has been adopted a lot more in the area but still has some room to grow.
I hope downtown grows into a cool place to go and live. When I was in high school I wanted to live in the iron bird lofts and always went to art hop every month. But, ended up in San Francisco. However I still come down to visit my friends at least twice a year. I always go downtown to see what’s changed. Next time I come to visit I’m going to rent an Airbnb in a downtown lofts
It's definitely seen a massive change from just a few years ago but I still feel it has some ways to go. I'm super hopeful they do as well, it has tons of potential and everything set up to make it an awesome part of town! It would be very cool to document that when you do it!
Your realtor is right Patrick. Typically very early mornings and very late at night. If you live in the more rural parts of Fresno it can last longer into the day, or some of the suburbs like Selma or Sanger can be much worse

My realtor said she lives there and has never had a problem with fog ... that it's only in the early mornings ... ?
