CALLING ALL GINGERS...WATCH THIS WOMAN!!!OMG...I am 57 years old and a natural redhead. I have had so much difficulty putting on eyeshadow on my hooded eyes. You showed me make -up tricks that were so easy!!! I wear Bare Minerals as my foundation, but it's a powder. My skin is older, lol now and I am switching to a creme based one. Your tips made me feel pretty again. I'm disabled and don't get out much. But I am going to see my little family down south for Christmas. Last month, I was fighting to stay alive. This month I want to look like I wasn't even sick! I think I can pull this one off now!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

@@fightthefairy No, it is not easy. I bought some eye tape from Walmart online. I typed in eye tape and they came up. They're like a miracle for me. I 1st saw them on QVC. I bought them. They were appx. $40. bucks. I cannot afford that. So I tried Walmart thinking it was a waste of time. SCORE! Under 5 bucks! Only drawback is getting eye make-up to stick to them. They sell double sided tape for the eyes. Maybe that's what will hold on the eye shadow. Does anybody know?? If so, I'm ordering. Hope this helps....
SissyD61 I tried those and couldn’t get on with them. They seemed to show too much and made my eyes uncomfortable. Just have to stick with the hoods! lol

This girl was more and more beautiful as the makeup progressed but wow, what a dramatic difference those false eyelashes made! Time for me to start practicing with them.

Im a natural freckle faced, red head. (I wish the model had some freakles so I can see how to deal with those darn things properly) My eyes are gray/blue/green with yellow flecks. (Not sure what to call the color) My hair is more a coppery red, and my skin has sort of yellow under tones due to the freckles.
I have always used that purple/brown/mauve color on my eyes, (and a similar lighter color on my lips too) because it really works excellent in combination with my hair and eye color. Really makes my eyes "pop". Your the first person online I've come across who also recommends it for us redheads! :) I first come across it in Almay's coloring for certain eye colors, I think it was for green eyes maybe, they call it "black raisin" and it has a little metallic in it as well. Unfortunately it is very hard to find, & the liquid eyeliner in this color is impossible to find now, but I keep looking for it! (I'm in Canada)

Thank you! I used the shade 'Fair' on her in the Hynt Beauty Duet concealer and Kjaer Weis foundation in 'Just Sheer'. That said, I chose a too light concealer for her because it was for a photo shoot. For every day I would use a shade closer to the foundation and not so contrasty.
I'm a natural redhead but for some reason my eyebrows are blond should I darken them?
lilmeeper123 I also have blonde eyebrows. It's completely up to you if you'd like to fill them in! It's however you feel comfortable! I like filling mine in and now can't leave the house without it!
I also have blonde eyebrows as a natural redhead. I even spent 3 years trying to figure out what to do with my eyebrows. (I was young and dumb and used a crayola marker to fill in my brows). But eyebrow gel seems to work best.
I'm the same, I get mine tinted to a 'medium brown' colour which works for me as I'm a litter more Auburn/Ash rather than a sunset orange kind of colour.
I love getting mine tinted too. It looks nice to have the actual hairs have a colour! #RedheadProblems
lilmeeper123 well one thing you can do is just apply Anastasia clear brow mascara. Or you can have them colored to whatever color you like which I think personally should match your hair. My eyebrows are naturally reddish blonde.

I’m a redhead, it’s so hard to find a foundation colour as I’m pale as a sheet of paper, and my hair seems to make it look really dark. My eyebrows are really light, and I’m worried that if I fill them in, they’ll look like slugs, ughhhhhh

I'm a redhead! I have lots if freckles and trying to find a way to get more coverage! I have trouble with eyeshadow! I use the same brown taupe forever. Nervous to use others ! I have never used blush! I think I need some experimenting to do! Thank you! 😊
I recently went ginger just like hers- I have natural auburn/light brown hair- my brows are light but I had them tinted red as well. I use a auburn color to fill my brows in and they're about the same shade as my hair. Do you think this looks dumb to have red brows or no

I have hazel eyes( brown sorrounded by dark green),what eyeshadow colors do you suggest?
Angelica Tosi and what colour is your hair? I like purples and browns to bring out green
My eyes are the same. I have a brown starburst around my pupil and it’s surrounded by dark green and a small sliver of blue that outlines my outermost iris. I’ve found what works best for me are more red tinted browns. Red is the opposite of green on the color wheel, so it makes them really pop. Also, almay or covergirl makes a shade called ‘black ruby’ in eyeliner and mascara which shows up black but it has little flecks of maroon in it to really bring more focus to the green without making you look sick. I think they sell it as a set for green eyes.
Purple always brought out more of the brown in my experience.

Do you do any makeup routines for redheads with more affordable products? As much as I would LOVEEE all of these products I think my husband would kill me if I spent this much money on makeup in one go lol I am just absolutely in love with your makeup videos and I would LOVE to feel /look this amazing all the time.

Love this! What would you recommend for people with fine lines under the eyes for concealer? I always have such big problems with creasing :/ Do you have any products or tips?
You could try a water based concealer like Tarte's Aquacealer or you could try Makeup Forever's HD concealer!
That is so common. I recommend using a lighter coverage for concealer. If you like green beauty, au natural's cream concealer is lovely. If you prefer conventional beauty, Tarte has a really nice Aqua of the Sea concealer that performs very well.

Because people thinks it’s funny to make fun of a red head such as I for “not having a soul” or how pale and fair we are and get made fun of for putting on sunscreen. I am very self conscious with what I wear clothing wise and make up wise last time I wore make up was 3 years ago because I was made fun of for “trying to fit in and hide acne” last time I wore shorts was 10 years ago because people love to make fun of me and say go tanning or I need to wear sunglasses because my legs are so white that they’re blinding mind you I’m 16 years old

When I was young there was a redhead line of make up. It was discontinued and I can never find nice shades for me. Everything comes out looking red and orange especially around my eyes.

Which lashes did you use?
I see so many comments about her spray tan!! And the difference between her face and her neck! As someone who ONLY spray tans, I don’t believe in tanning beds or laying out in the sun! I have natural beautiful pale skin, and tanning beds along with laying out, ages you, gives you wrinkles and of course possible skin cancer all things I want no part of! Most of us women who spray tan, wash the tanner off there face, it clogs pores and most of the time comes out uneven and it doesn’t look good... speaking for myself at least I tend to shower and wash my face taking the tan off, if I have makeup on and I remove that, the tan goes with it! So yes it looks “weird” face being so white in contrast to the spray tan! But like I said the tan usually doesn’t look that great on the face, most of us wash our face and use face products makeup, makeup remover skincare regimens whatever it might be!

Brandi people are just mean! It doesn’t matter what anyone looks like you could be the most beautiful person in the world and someone will find something wrong and bash that person! it’s so frustrating and it’s sad..nothing is wrong with her! The sun is okay in moderation! But it causes so much damage when laying out or laying in a tanning bed! People need to relax it’s a spray tan! I don’t understand why people feel the need to be so cruel when I can guarantee they aren’t perfect, perfection doesn’t exist! We all have flaws that’s just being human! People use to talk how sun is dangerous, nobody mentione that spray tan is also not that healthy. Just read ingredients list and u will see it's not smart to use it for long time.
What is the purpose of putting all the eye makeup on before the foundation? Is there a reason for that?
I like to apply eye makeup first to keep the look clean. This way if there is fall out I can clean it up with a makeup wipe.

I'm a redhead , but unfortunately I'm allergic to any eye makeup with red in it. I just use brown. Any suggestions? I have dark brown eyes but sometimes wear blue contacts.
That's too bad! Are you allergic to eyeshadows or brows? If you want to pop the blue contacts you could use some warm browns or peaches if you like how it looks with your shade or red hair!

Hey Morgan! Thank you for watching. I like neutral eyeshadows on redheads. Our hair is warm so I like our eyeshadow to not be overly warm, especially with brown/organeish eyes. Do you like natural brands or would you like some recommendations for conventional brands?

She's ginger with a tan. I have a hard time finding tutorials on blue-eyed, fairer skinned redheads for everyday wear and not for a photoshoot. I am not going to Target with all that stucco on my face. :p I do love that Pinot color though, and that Hynt eye pencil.

She has a Spray tan on, or tanner on in general... Most girls dont put the tanning solution on their face so they dont break out, ect. BUt with Makeup you can blend it all out :)

Your daughter could also do this look but for brown eyes I'd recommend warm browns on the lids instead of these purple tones!
Red hair with blue eyes is the rarest combination of all.
Why do you like purple on redheads it makes them look wider I'm a 50 year old natural redhead and the darker ones can make me look older so I'm just curious on why you like purple and red heads
I like to customize the eyeshadow colours to each person and preference of look. For yourself you could try a taupe coloured eyeshadow in the crease and a neutral medium toned brown to darken if you'd like. It also depends on eye shape and size as to how you apply the eyeshadow. If you have smaller eyes it's best to keep them light and bright.

These are all green beauty brands and aren't available at a drug store. I can do a drug store tutorial using cruelty free brands if you'd like. I'd like to keep this channel about green/cruelty free beauty for everyday makeup.
This is lovely, but she didn’t need her eyebrows darkened in my opinion. Also whenever I do different colours on my eyelids I look like a kid used them to scribble on. 😕🤷🏼♀️
The end result is very nice. However, somehow I feel the tint of the foundation is too light. Her neck looks a lot darker than her face. I feel like from a distance, it would stand out in an unnatural way. If she were actually paler it would be perfect.

Also, I disagree that redhead should have brown eyebrows. One of the first things I look at to see if another redhead is a real redhead is if her eyelashes are basically without pigment and if her eyebrows are red or blondish red. I'm assuming that this girl is a natural redhead but her eyebrows and eyelashes make her definitely seem as though she is not. Perhaps I just have incorrect assumptions about redheads. Either that or she has colored her hair. But I always stick with brownish mascara and brownish eyeliner. I think black looks too harsh on a redhead. That just for redheads brand also has some good actual red mascara but it's nowhere near as good in terms of application as something like Lancome.
lockergr I’m a natural redhead and my eyebrows are closer to brown than the colour of my head hair. The same can be said about one of my sisters and a girl I went to school with.
I understand about it being too dark and making them look pale, but...Does it matter if they’re a natural redhead? I’m a natural blonde and have purple hair. I think that purple hair looks better on me. Just like a natural brunette may look better redhead :3 or blonde!

This isn't a very good tutorial for redheads unless they have an orange tan. Why do that to her? Her natural skin tone (on her face) is gorgeous. I hate the way ppl are so brainwashed by society's beauty standards. Pale skin is just as beautiful as any other skin tone. The only reason ppl tend to disagree is because that is what they were taught. Ridiculous.

Am I really the only one who doesn't think this girl is a redhead? Nothing against her, she's beautiful, but her brows, her coloring (skin's not very red), the actual shade of red in her hair -- I don't know, put it all together and it just seems like a dye job. Also, the fact that purple looks good on her. As a redhead, I find that purple brings out the ruddiness in my skin. I love purple, but won't wear it for that reason. Just seems as though, if you're going to do a tutorial on makeup for redheads, you'd use a redhead.
