when i play q build tbh i take BOTH mana talents at lvl 1 and 4, after you get used to hit thous Qs the lvl 1 and lvl 4 q are not that important compared to unlimitated mana, AAAAND most importantly ( and something pally does not mention so idk if he knows this passives) BOTH TALENTS GIVE YOU 10% increased dmg, so you not only turn into a machine gun that does not ran out of bullets but you also hit 20% HARDER! or you can get the talents that makes your q longer witch is irelevant kuz 80% of the time they are inside standard q range anyway

Playing Q is all about distance. Forget the other two and use Q at max range-it’s the most annoying character that way. Q’s range is just OP.
This is what I was going to say, you just have to learn to hang out at Q range and dip in to strike. Save other CDs to followup on CC and waveclear
