What is it like to drift a Skoda 4x4 on a frozen lake?

- It's not very often that I get the chance to go to the artic circle so when it comes up I'm off!
Skoda brought all their best 4x4 cars including the Enyaq, Octavia, Superb and Kodiaq to Sweden so we could drift on a private lake.
Skoda also brought the new Rally version of the Fabia and let me sit in the passenger seat with Emil Lidholm for a lap of the lake.

I drove Skoda Superbs for a long time and they never let me down. In the worst weather the UK & Ireland could throw at, it coped fantastically and never let me down. Many inaccessible roads and areas deemed unfit for any other vehicle, the superb got it done. Love the car, love the brand, but unfortunately prices started going to high. In these hard times you really have to think about the price and a vast array of alternatives. Pity as I would go back in a heartbeat, if prices were more affordable to the ordinary family.

Fun video. I suspect you could drift a Jumbo jet on ice. When in an EV, I *never* miss the noise or vibrations of an ICE.

I think the Karoq is more like 1.5kg with the Kamiq a little bit less.
