can anyone explain me how can that coil hold a position with no gearbox? its not configure like stepper motor to hold position, how does it hold a precise position (without a brake)? Does it frequently change directions to stay accurate in position ? or how does it work?
@@hikolanikola8775 Watch the video again. He literally is going over where the brake coil input is while evaluating the connections. Then he removes the brake coil during disassembly. The brake coil helps with more precise start/stop control each step. Less "play" between steps. A servo is just a more precise stepper motor.

Servo motor same time after after motor trip so 2or 3 minute after motor run than 10/15 minutes after aging motor trip same problem minimum 3/5 time than motor run 10 hours. What's your problem??

True RMS meter for resistance measurement? True RMS is for AC Voltage and potentially AC Current measurements. It has nothing to do with resistance measurements.

what the hell are you talking about, there are servo motors with no brake, and how would the brake help when rotating precisely?

How about a winding polarisation test ?
A PIT or Polarization Index Test is a test that our technicians perform to identify insulation deterioration within a motor.
