We love Betty! We recently received a box from her here in Massachusetts. We had used another shopper before and Betty was far superior! All our items, including one that was ceramic, were packed perfectly and arrived intact. A question for your next Q&A session: Is shopping your only job right now?
Super excited! So our costs include: purchase total, tax, shipping, PayPal fee, and your shopping fee? Is the box price included in the shipping cost? Also, when you shop on disney property (world of Disney or in parks) do you use your passholder discount on the merchandise? So would that passholder rate be what we pay?
You are right in the your costs. The box is not included in the shipping. I always specify that cost separately just because I don't like hidden fees, I'd rather explain everything separate so it's clear for you in your invoice. Part of what you sign when becoming passholder is that you will not use your AP discount for resell purposes so I don't use it. I don't want to get flagged and possibly banned from Disney (not sure if that's ever happened but I don't want to find out)

I have being to that store and the time to enter is getting insane. As buyers, we need to understand that shoppers are going out there waiting for up to 3 hours, exposing to cov19 being the situation (is not like is gone), and going through the whole process of purchasing for others so all this is understandable to go the total purchase price, including taxes and all that.

Hello Betty. Can I make a suggestion. Just shoot a video and then give everyone a date to send an order in by then take the orders and do pick ups all at once. That eliminates the need to do live videos. I would just do a video at whatever store then give a date when all orders for that store have to be in to your email a day or two before your going to go back to the store and do your shopping. This is just a suggestion. I’ve seen it work for many other personal Disney shoppers. Also do not apologize for getting yourself the only item of something. Your doing all the work.

During the live stream just use the live chat to request items. Make sure you don't request something you have requested through email or dm because I would end up with duplicates
