- it's horribly made, especially the remake, but since i had to do it on the video editor itself it ended up being horrible 😭, i would have done it on my daw but i wanted the videos to be synced with the audio, so i sacrificed the accuracy. I know one or two samples might be wrong, and there's one missing sample, so help me find the missing samples.
You can find the original finds on WhoSampled.com, this is only the first section of the song, i might do a follow up of the second section and the instrumental breaks
All copyrighted material belongs to Walt Disney Co. Ltd., this is just educational content
ALSO i'd love another editor 💀
Hey there! turns out i did an oopsie and the "and" sample turns out to not be the correct timestamp, also the "theres" sample after 'the dream' sample is wrong, sorry- i'm remaking and extending this breakdown with the corrections rn ^^
I think I know the sample I think the sample is "ove" 0:02 2:12
UPDATE: I just found every single sample, working on the final part of the series
Nice
G'Job!
Good
You forget Citizen Kane it’s the “talk about gra-“ part
this is just a breakdown of the first section, i'm working on the video for the other section rn
Awsome
I love the way you sample 1950 1951 and 1959
i forgot to list what movies these are:
1. Cinderella - A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes
2. Cinderella - Cinderella's Transformation Scene
3. Cinderella - Dress Ideas Scene
4. Sleeping Beauty - Fairies Tea Party Scene
5. Sleeping Beauty - Fauna's Gift
6. Alice in Wonderland - Very Good Advice
7. Sleeping Beauty - Once Upon a Dream
8. Sleeping Beauty - I Wonder
9. Cinderella - Oh, Sing Sweet Nightingale
you forgot the semitones
@@AFKmusic52 yeah it's still incomplete tbh, i'll make it better but only once i find the one sample left, to avoid any confusion:
sample 1 - +3 st.
sample 2 - +1 st.
sample 3 - +1 st. and -1st.
sample 4 - +3 st.
sample 5 - +1 st.
sample 6 - +1 st.
sample 7 - +4 st.
sample 8 - +3 st.
sample 9 - +1 st.
sample 10 - +3 st.
sample 11 - -1 st.
sample 12 - +3 st.
sample 13 - +1 st.
sample 14 & 15 - -2 st.
sample 16 - +4 st.
sample 17 isn't pitched
sample 18 - -3.5 st.
sample 19 - +2 st.
sample 20 & 21 - +1 st.
sample 22 - -2 st.
sample 23 - -2 st.
imo semitones shouldn't be that important as most of the people who watch these kinds of videos already have some experience with pitch shifting and can also experiment with it as well until it's right, and anyways the video is just supposed to be for ppl who heard the song and had curiosity about the sources not much about ppl trying to recreate it, for that you should go to www.whosampled.com/Pogo/Forget/samples/
How does one figure this all out😭
THANK YOU THIS IS AMAZING
This is severely underrated
This sample breakdown must take you weeks of work. I remove my hat for respect and leave you a like.
Thank you
I’d love to see Tracklib have a crack at this.
that'd be amazing, but i would first find the missing samples (only 3 rn) cuz tracklib has a story of using incorrect timestamps 😞
@@flmaster1017 They also used incorrect samples on occasion. They used some of the samples for “Face to Face” from Daft Punk incorrectly.
@@harry.t9523 that's the exact incident i'm talking abt
@@flmaster1017 Oh. Okay.
Can someone please use this to make the actual lyrics for the song? I'm too lazy
Incrível!
WOW. THIS IS SO GOOD
