  • I had the opportunity to #travel on one of my favorite roads. This is the road between the #Noordoewer border post and #Roshpinah in #namibia
The landscape is dramatic with the #orangeriver on the left and the #namib #desert on the right.
    I was driving the #ford #everest

These rivers should be known by their respective sources and by the by-names they pick up along the way. They are Senqu and Lekoa. These are their names of origin. Why Nile remain the Nile despite traversing multiple countries

Thank you for Sharing the information. Much appreciated. I did a trip through Lesotho where we crossed the Senqu river.

    Hi Henk.
Post bietjie a google maps screenshot van die roete. Lyk heel nice en virseker 'n roete om te gaan ry.

Ek het die google map gepost onder die community tab. Kyk of jy dit sien? Hy wys net na my splash screen in die video.

I came across this video by accident. But I am so glad as it is terrific. I have seen a few videos on Namibia and would like to go there one day. Your other videos on SA are great too!!
Take care and be careful when driving on rough roads. I know only too well as I have been many times to the outback here in Australia.

Thanks Greg! Appreciate it. Hopefully I can do a full Namibia trip one day.
The outback looks interesting to drive through!

    Where's the Fortuner?
I see you nearly lost a drone there to some bird food

It was a work trip, so did not go with the Fortuner. But it is still around 😁. Yes, the bird did not appreciate the drone…
