Replace HTC HERO touch screen. Part 3

I just put a new screen, it became very difficult to type on the keyboard. Old screen was covered in scratches, but typing was comfortable

In the video the new screen wasn't working properly. Were you able to fix this or did you have to buy a second new screen?

My HTC Hero does this without having it's screen replaced. Did you work out what was wrong with your new screen?
