You can change the tuning on the website yea!!! Just Click on the notes at the top of the fret board and it will open a dropdown that lets you change the tuning to whatever you want

I’m using a fender Stratocaster player I series guitar, but I don’t think the specific guitar model you use is going to make or break your quality. If the price of an expensive guitar is stopping u, I suggest looking at the 200-400 dollar squire guitars!
