Never really seen the full episode, but I'm pretty sure the portal Ares opened was the same used in the Hercules episode Stranger in a Strange Land and the Armageddon two-parter. Old effects, I'm sure. 😁 Other than that, loved the introduction of Mavican meeting Xena.
It would be cool if Xena was an old Ally of Kratos before he swore his life to Ares. Then she returned in the newer games to see what became of Kratos and team up with him to help him survive Raganorak. Hey...a guy can dream, right??!!?
