Can you please show us the containers of the spices, I want to use the same brand.
Looks great! I love your recipes. I noticed you use Mrs. Dash in almost all of your videos. Which Mrs. Dash seasoning blend do you use? There are many different kinds at the store. :-)
desertangel86: It is so true, there's a lot of Miss Dash Seasonings out there but I usually buys the one called " Italian Medley Seasoning Blend" it all herbs and Salt free. I'll recommend that one best.

When you said "geisha" I was so confused, and wondering what that was. Then I realized you were talking about the brand name for the canned mackerel! 😂 Well, I will have to try this, it looks so easy.

The stew is too greasy and unnecessarily thick, secondly, instead of using a whole huge can and a half of canned tomatoes, you should have rather used a whole lot of raw tomatoes, raw pepper, onions in addition to the half a can of the tomato paste, that would have given your stew a more better taste. The canned fish should have been washed and fried with the raw tomatoes, onions and all the seasoning to minimize any chemical that may have been used in the can lining and the preservation of the fish. Never use the tomato sauce that came in the tuna or Geisha can to cook. Be careful what you use as seasoning from Asia, the shrimp powder if it came from there may have been raised in a farm, they could contain mercury and a lot of unsanitary stuff. What you don't know may kill you. ruclips.net/video/QDAPi0r4d9s/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/hPJpPEH3l7o/видео.html
M W bull.... go away
You can change your name all you want to reply with your silly comment but the truth always hurt the pretenders who are trying to be RUclips cooks. If you can read and comprehend very well then you will realize that the advise I gave made a lot of sense. Only a wanna be cook or a pretender will have a problem with my suggestion
tshav ntuj kaj nrig
M W’ s advices are truths, I am sure his or her comment came from a good place, no hate, just good info. because so many people are so unaware of the danger most of the food we consume nowadays cause to our bodies.
Its not your recipe...u are incredibly rude, this is how she cooks it.its not your place to educate her on her preference...its how she likes it man sheesh. Go away rude ass!
You don't even understand the meaning of the word rude. What is rude about the statement above which is nothing but a suggestion, why are Ghanaians so ridiculously retarded? there are no insults or any condescending points in the above statement other than a friendly advice but yet an unhinged Ghanaian has to make a doggish statement. If she doesn't want any criticisms of her unhealthy food, then she should just hide that nasty food somewhere and not put it out in the public This is a bad preparation of an otherwise decent food.
