❤ I am so upset. I couldn't find a brow bar/salon so I contacted a salon near me....I spoke to the lady who apparently does tint and curl for lashes and asked her if she does eyebrow shaping and tinting. So, she tells me yes, and I went there 2 days later for my appt.! She was completely done everything in less than 10mins including placing a cape over my shoulders and chest area when I sat down in her chair. She couldn't have done any mapping of my brows, she didnt use any tools like tweezers or thread. I didnt even feel the wax which Im assuming she used. I thought she was cleaning and wiping my brows at that time. After she was "done" I can only imagine she normally only tints eyelashes and she useed the dye she uses for them on my eyebrows! 😢 I didnt make the appt to just have my brows waxed. I can do all that stuff at home, and I would have waxed my eyebrows myself. I am so sad that I didnt, at least I could have started the process of reshaping them. On our phone call after she said she does shape and tint brows the first thing I mentioned was that I wanted the color natural. My eyebrows are super light blonde. They ended up black and the color couldn't have been on my brows for more than 1 minute as she was finished with the whole job before I honestly thought she even started. I am so upset. They aren't shaped any differently, which I allowed them to grow out for a year to have it done. She kept them the same shape which is like the 90`s style where we had them thin. So I have to let them grow back in and I've been trying everything to get rid of the color. I even bought men's beard dye and dyed them, but they're too dark so it didn't work. Now I am so worried to even attempt to go to anyone else and trust them. I truly wish you (she) was closer to me. This is exactly what I wanted. Thank gosh I didnt ask for lamination. Something told me to wait to see the results of the color and shape first. You (she) does an amazing job, you rocked her brows and explained everything step by step. 🎉😊😊

Holy moly your work is amazing! I just have a couple questions. I'm a licensed esthetician in the US and we are told not to apply makeup or anything to the skin after hair removal. Is this Brow concealer ok to use after? Also can the client wash her brows that night even after the Brow lam? We normally say to keep them dry for 24 hours.
