It's kind of a hidden meaning sentence. The interviewer asked "Sir Bilal (maths teacher in our academy) ki shaady kab ho gy" then candidate sarcastically said k jab ap dein gay to ho jaye gi, yaani jab ap rishta dein gay to ho jaye gy. Interviewer got offended and drama got ended.....
Fun aside, there are two issues with such skits... First denial of female talent... Second, this attitude to the females is harassment and females don't enjoy this attitude...
Nothing like denial of female talent is presented in the skit Its just an exaggerated script whose basic purpose is comedy Obviously companies mein wohi bnda rkhaa jaata jo system mein value add kr sky, irrespective of gender Baqi har baat pay itna annoy honay ki zaroorat nhi hoty, khush rehnay k liye acha hota.
